Ideales Resort sells fast on our site. Located at the foot of Mount Ainos, on the southwest of Kefalonia, Ideales Resort features villas with a private swimming pool and lounge chairs. It offers free Wi-Fi over the entire property and free private parking.

Review 1：Beautiful Villa in a great location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Stayed in 4 bed Villa Profyra. Plenty of space. Large,clean pool with lovely sunbeds and beautiful outlook to countryside, sea and Zante in the distance. Recommend highly.

Review 3：Fell in love with Kefalonia- this is a really quiet area, but close enough to main town - amazing beaches and a fantastic local beach restaurant on trapzaki beach. We had 4 teenagers and a 6 year old - all had an amazing holiday
Review 4：We had a number of issues that needed sorting out and while the place has a reception it is not manned. The way you report issues was via phone or email. Issues took a day or so to sort out. The staff were friendly enough but you could tell "Customer Service" wasn't their speciality and an on-site customer manager would have been able to deal with things better I feel. Also, our villa - Porfira seemed to double up as the staff room/laundrette for the entire site via a separate entrance. This meant there were always people coming and going from the side of our villa. Seems strange given there's a reception building apparently un-used. The pool wasn't clean when we arrived - they seemed to be doing maintenance on it and once that was done the filter sorted everything out fairly quickly - so by day 2 it was usable. The filter seemed to be coming on and off via a timer but it wasn't consistent which was quite frustrating and trying to tell the local staff that just didn't work. We also noticed about half the week in that the pool next door had a light and our light wasn't working - but by then reporting it just seemed like aggravation we didn't need.
Review 5：The Villa is very nice - its well built and the furnishings are decent enough. The location is quiet and some real thought has gone into the location of the villas relative to each other as they are very private.
Review 6：The location of the apartments dictates that you need a car to get around. Also the apartment can get a little dirty as they are cleaned every three days

Review 8：We liked the peace and quiet as pretty much the only guests in the complex, but it is a very quiet time of year with many places shut for the season. Saying that we always found somewhere to eat on our many day trips round the island and every meal was excellent. You need a car with this location, which we had.

Review 10：Would recommend including a toaster and clothes horse to dry washing. Also be good to have inventory before going (had Nespresso machine but unable to purchase capsules easily on island we would have bought our own if we had known.)
Review 11：Lovely Villa, it was large and very clean. The pool was great and cleaned daily. Very quiet surroundings you will need a car.
Review 12：The WiFi was awful and wouldn't connect to much apart from at odd times of the day. The cleaning of the kitchen was a bit slack, more often than not we did it ourselves. The worst thing of all was the wasps !! You cant eat outside in the day and have to be super vigilant, my 3 year old son was stung. Its such a pity as the patio and barbecue were begging to be used but we had to stay inside with the mesh doors shut.

Review 14：The drivers are idiots! Local driving is fine but go further a field and look out, really don't think this Island is covered by EU driving tests. Prices vary tremendously throughout the Island. No UK TV and Wi Fi drops out frequently.
Review 15：Greek Island was on my to do list. Very pleased I chose this one. Very Spacious with good attention to detail, overall probably the best Villa I have stayed in! Lovely views in a very quiet location, loved the birds that are allowed to nest in the local villas with great private pool and villa design. (Villa Porfira) There are better beaches in the north and oddly enough the Tavernas are a fair bit cheaper the further up you go. Hired a boat, went to Melissani Caves and up to Gorgeous Fiskardo. Without hesitation I would definitely return again. Hire a car for odd trips here and there and to the local supermarkets that cover most things between them. Can't wait to return.
Review 16：The local beaches in the area aren't quite as nice as the ones in the north but it is still possible to find some nice ones if you have a car to drive around, I can't fault the villa.
Review 17：The Villa was spotlessly clean, as was the pool, it had an amazing view and it was very spacious, I have stayed in many villas in Greece and this was a very good one! I loved the swallows swooping around and overall it was a great villa. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed.

Review 25：Just small things really. There was no information on where the localmini market or tavernas were, or ferry times etc. There was only a smallironing board that had to be used on the floor.

Very modern,clean and luxurious. Good value out of high season. Free wifi, stereothat takes CD's and usb devices. What a wonderful villa to relax in.Will come again.
Review 27：Hornet's nest by the pool, so you couldn't eat outside. The fridge made a lot of noise. Staff didn't speak very good English.
