Review 1：Friendly Staff Amazing apartment with everything needed. Children friendly, great outdoor pool with entertaining area. Our room on the 6th floor had ocean view overlooking Forster Main Beach. Luxurious & spacious the apartment was and will definitely be back.

Review 4：No scissors or bottle opener in room 602. Would have liked the main bathroom to be unlocked as when visitors came they had to walk through the main bedroom to the ensuite.

Review 5：Everything about this place is class and there is an ambience about it. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Even allowed us to hold an indoor BBQ party for our 90 year old uncle as it was cold and windy on the patio.

Review 6：Bedroom light and fan didn't work. Electric kettle leaks. The smell of paint from the adjoining apartment over our stay was absolutely terrible. The smell was throughout the hallway as the door was held open. We opened the bedroom door only to have to close to close it as the smell was worse.

Review 7：The single, only negative comment we have is that we had to take our own bins out. It was quite an expensive place and we know obviously that there is an expectation to leave the place in good order, of course, but we just thought that detracted from it slightly.

Review 8：The facilities were incredible with breathtaking views and was close to all the beaches and attractions. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There were discount vouchers that were handy too.

Review 9：The apartment was spacious and well presented and had everything we needed. The balcony area offered great views of the town, beach and river. The bed was comfortable and the towels and linen were good quality. The unit was very quiet and secure parking underneath was a bonus.

Review 10：I found all the signs and rules were a bit much. Wherever u turned there was a rule posted. And I didn't like how the bedroom was segregated from the living area. Felt like I was going into another apartment to get to the bedroom.

Review 23：The hotel is located on a very busy 4 x lane road which is a main arterial thoroughfare through Forster. You cannot sit on balcony or swim in pool and relax due to loudness of traffic passing. We were upgraded to 9th floor, directly under penthouse, and were subjected to 3 hours of stomping, slamming and what sounded like someone riding a skateboard over slate floor till I complained myself, not being to access after hours staff at front desk. This noise then continued, at some level, 5am both the next two both mornings. Beds in ALL rooms so hard we came home with sore backs and exhausted from bad nights. Also lounge needs upgrading, terribly uncomfortable, springs gone. Terribly disappointing stay considering cost for 3 x nights... $900..

Review 24：The guy at the front desk, Mitchell, who was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor. Views of beach and ocean were great.. so long as you don't want to sit on balcony.

Review 25：The manager of the property was rude. They asked me to pay for the stay of my 2 months old baby. They bring up new couches but they put a sheet to cover it(we have 4 kids) why??

Review 27：There seemed to be endless rules fine if you forget to start the dishwasher, also if you were a few minutes late checking out, watch out it will cost .also maintenance was a bit lacking, rusting on terrace etc.

Review 28：Design of unit good. Wifi was good. This was a let timeshare so coffee, tea, toilet rolls and towels were not replenished. We were not aware at booking this was a timeshare property.
