Review 1：My room (which was supposedly upgraded from normal to business room) had a dampness problem which surrounded the whole room so I had to be cautious where I kept suitcases so my clothing and bags didn't get wet. The biggest problem was water from the wall leaking through the bed headboard and onto the mattress and bedding sheets meaning very uncomfortable sleeping at nights. The main point of a hotel room is comfortable bed, as this was horrible and wet all else offered by the hotel doesn't make a difference. On complaining nothing was done and no discount was offered on the room. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Review 3：the GM s attitude towards is the room very dusty and pillow and matterses was very dirty and no slippers proviede and the room was congested and dark not enough lightings and breakfast was not to the expatation

Review 6：Loud Air Conditionner ; no able to stop the AC (I turned it off myself) ; very disappointing breakfast (ugly room, very limited choice : no juice, no yogurt, no cereals, very few fruits)

Review 8：The bedsheets were not clean and had blood stains on it.Breakfast was just aerage and needs lot of improvement.Duty Manager was horrible behaved and had no idea how to deal with guets.He simply called me before check out and told me I am sending staff to collect luggage they should have courtesey which is missing here.The room given to me was horrible which was interconnected with other and was not even locked.It was scary night for us.When we called staff they simply said key is stuck but not to worry.Duty manager had no clue even to come and check.

Review 12：The Owner is really good and gave us a complimentary taxi service to drop us to a location when we were inquiring about a taxi. It is very near the GoldenTemple

Review 13：We got there at 1.30 in the morning from the airport. We got our room and very tired wanted to go to sleep. We took a look at the bed and on the sheets there were staines (grase, mud). Besides that, the sheets smelled like used and the pillow had hair on it. We called reception to send someone to change it. The hotel personel didn't speak english. Exept from the front desk nobody else did ( room service, house cleaning). We asked room service for water and tea bags ang got a plate and a knife. The room was very cold and the air conditioning wasn't working on heating. Also, the second night, we had to get up at 3 am to go to the airport at 4.30 and in the hotel there was a party or something like that with extremly loud music, people talking very loud on the small louge in every floor, at some point there were people arguing downstairs. When all that was over, the people fron the restaurant started moving the furniture or something. We complained reception and they said, sorry it was just a party. And charged us double the priced we pay to come from the airport to the hotel to go back:)) thr location, although 900 m from the golden temple, there's no way you can find it. Small and crowded streets so is like a maze. Nowhere to eat in the area. No taxi knows the hotel and how to get there. Better pick an international chain ( other than ramada who is nearby ) who are a little far from the temple but very nice hotels and in a much better area.

Review 15：1. Location is very inside streets of Amritsar. First timers cannot find the property on their own. 2. Room service for another room can disturb you at 11 pm and then apologise. 3. Free Breakfast is to order and nothing great.

Review 21：The breakfast was hugey disappointing and out of line with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. We arrived down to breakfast 45 mins before service should have finished to find only cold boiled eggs and half a paratha left. The member of staff serving breakfast initially just shrugged at this before reluctantly taking orders for other items once other guests had complained to him.

Review 24：I like the ambiance of the hotel. The staff were excellent, food was very good though little expensive comparing the Amritsar location. Rooms are excellent.

Review 25：everything....start from checking in process, location and cleanliness of the room and bed linen. Used pillow covers and bed sheet was offered to use. Checked in at 230 AM midnight and could only go to sleep around 345 AM after a lot of struggle to get clean bed linen.

Review 28：- Housekeeping needs improvement, we had asked for the room to be cleaned up one day and even after coming back in afternoon the room was still not cleaned. We had to literally force the gentleman at the reception to go over and ensure that room is cleaned up immediately - The options at buffet breakfast are limited, and the food quality is not great. The buffet breakfast is served whenever the hotel occupancy is high. We had to suffer this option for one day.

Review 29：- Excellent location, can cover Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh on foot - Excellent ala-carte breakfast, their omelettes and cutlets were excellent. Luckily, they have aka-carte breakfast on days when their occupancy is low - Staff service in their restaurant is very good

Review 30：Quite a distance to walk to the Golden Temple however you can get an auto rickshaw nearby.
