Review 1：I dont mind, but maybe someone would miss the elevator. ( anyway- the staff helps with the luggages)

Review 5：While the history of the property is in many ways a plus, it mean the rooms and bathrooms are quite small. Rooms facing the street have a problem with noise from passing trams, often early in the morning. Despite double-glazing, the sound proofing should be better. The restaurant and bar (not the breakfast room) are in the next door building which means crossing a rather ugly alleyway which also serves as access to the carpark. A real gripe of mine are expensive hotels which don't provide lift-off coat-hangers, but the kind where the hook is fixed to the rail in the wardrobe. Considering the cost of wooden coat hangers today is hardly prohibitive, this should be improved. After all, how many coat-hangers is a felonious guest likely to squeeze into his suitcase? The policy of a late charge on a guest's credit card for unbilled mini-bar usage could be applied to missing hangers. The pillows were either too big or too small and not particularly comfortable. Finally, the room rates are higher than similar category hotels in Zagreb which is hard to understand given that Osijek is in a region of Croatia which economically is not nearly as affluent.

Review 6：The overall feel of this small hotel is understated, calm and very classic befitting its age and traditions. It could be in Vienna. The buffet breakfast is very good with decent sized plates and juice glasses for a change. The staff are excellent and were completely understanding when I had to leave a day early. Unfortunately many other hotels insist on charging for the booked night anyway and refuse to allow last minute cancellations/amendments. 10/10 for reception staff.

Review 31：Hotel Waldinger is a beautiful hotel with lovely furnishings in a grand old building set in the heart of Osijek. The staff, in partcular, Dejan, are first class and can never do enough to help. Our stay was made all the more memorable because of their attitude and courtesy.

Review 32：It was very hot outside temperatura and the air conditioner did not work appropriately inside the room. The WC sitting down place was to high for doing your phisis.

Review 34：A/C was inadequate for cooling of room (outside temperature wasn't even that hot, about 22-25 oC). There is no elevator. It's only two or three floors, but it can be problematic for some.

Review 36：Everything was fine until we turned the lights off and went to bed... All night We were kept up by itchy bites on our legs and arms... It was unbearable. We both woke up with red circle bites on our arms and legs. The next day we decided to purchase a plug in for the room thinking it might have been mozzies in the room, however, the 2nd night we were still awoken by itchy bodies. The windows were not open during the two day stay as we had the air conditioning on so I don't think that mozzies could have come into the room It was a real shame.
