Review 1：a bit worn in places which partly adds to the charm but still it could do with some maintenance in some areas

Review 2：I have stayed here many times, I love the character of the hotel and it is very quaint I always prefer to stay in this hotel when I visit Frascati

Review 3：Great rooms and friendly staff. We always stay here before and after our travels around Italy and before flying out of Rome airport to avoid the city centre. Frescati has some great markets for last minute food parcels to take home and some excellent restaurants. Also nice views of Rome from the roof top bar of the hotel.

Review 4：The hotel has really nice rooms with high ceilings with plaster mouldings. You can make a nice stroll in the evening into the old town of Frascati and acquire all the needed goodies from the Market before flying out the next day (airport is 30mins by car and avoids the madness of Rome).

Review 5：A bit hard to change the room temperature, although this wasn't such a big issue that I brought it to the attention of the staff. A guide on how to get there from the RR station, e.g. a map, would have been helpful - it was a walking distance but where to go wasn't clear from the information I had collected from the hotel before departure. I consider neither of these a major problem.

Review 6：Short distance from RR station, *extremely* friendly and helpful staff who were fluent in English. Great food with the restaurant and bar open late. It was easy to walk to the center of town with lots of other dining possibilities and the staff was helpful in pointing out where those could be found. But it was far enough away to have quiet in the room.

Review 7：Lovely quiet, comfortable hotel and very convenient to the centre of Frascati which was only a 5 minute walk. Lively town with plenty of good bars and restaurants.

Review 9：For E105 it was simply amazing value, great room dual aspect windows lovely and bright. Good bathroom all marble, breakfast was good. Free Sky TV and wifi which worked perfectly. Staff were very friendly.

Review 10：Facilities and restaurant on roof/balcony not open - photos are very deceiving. Only facility open was small ground floor restaurant. Rude staff in restaurant, reception tell you one time for breakfast and another person a slightly later time - who believe. Then snarled at for being late and breakfast pull away from you.

Review 14：Being in the hotel trade myself I found this hotel exceeded my expectations. It is exceptionally well managed and maintained and the location, just off the City centre, is great. Staff very helpful and friendly rooms serviced to a high standard and the Hotel's position meant the railway station for trains to Rome was within easy walking distance. Thank you Hotel Flora have no hesitation in recommending to other UK travellers-we will be back!!

Review 37：I found weak the professionalism of the staff in reception. The information provided about the site is very poor and only when asking several times. One of the ladies was almost shouting at us when asking questions. The breakfast is only average. We did not feel welcome by the staff and it is a pity with such nice facilities.

Review 38：Excellent location in Frascati. The hotel is located in a beautiful villa, with a lovely garden where to relax and enjoy. The room was nice and quiet, with wifi at reasonable speed.

Bed was very hard. No hair conditioner provided, which is not a problem but would be nice to know in advance. Wi-Fi did not appear to be set-up for business travelers - not high speed internet so made working in the evening difficult. Front desk staff was NOT helpful with buses nor restaurant recommendations.

Review 51：This time (hotel fully booked) I had a room in the lowest floor of the annexe - (quasi basement !) - humid place, noisy air conditioning system and old fittings in the bathroom; really inadequate to the hotel standard.

Review 52：I had several several stays at this hotel before and I found it fine in general - ideal location to center of Frascati and businesses around (Banca d'Italia, ESA...). Rooms are comfortable in the main building and upper floors of annexe. Nice place, but make sure you're in the right building !

Review 53：Very convenient for central Frascati. Easy to reach nearby businesses with a car. Comfortable, spacious rooms with reliable, free WiFi - perfect for me as a business traveller. I was lucky enough to get a 4th floor room with a terrace looking towards Rome so the view was fantastic.

Review 54：The check out time at 11am is not convenient. I feel like they need a database to remember their old time customers to appreciate thier loyal customers. The breakfast needs greater variety for people who are not used to eating croissants for breakfast and would rather salty foods. In general, I absolutely love this hotel and visit every year, a swimming pool or a spa would be the cherry on top.

Review 55：The hotel rooms are beautiful, each one is different but they're all classic Italian style, beautiful,spacious and airy. Some rooms have large terraces and others may have wonderful ceiling murals. The bathrooms are big and have good toiletries and a bidet. The rooms have a safety box.. The location is relatively close to central Rome about 30/40 min away depending on traffic. The hotel is just down the road from many bars and shops of Frascati area (5 min walking).On the weekend walking up and down the Frascati promenade is the place to be. The hotel staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They organised a great oil and wine tasting in a nearby cantina which was wonderful even though we were just a small group of 4. The hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace with full views of Rome (you can bring your own food and drink and this can be used by guests at all times). During high season the roof top terrace has a small bar. They also have a tennis court. The hotel has parking for its guests, it will be necessary to rent a car to move around from Frascati as taxis are relatively expensive.
