Review 1：Location. I got a large and quiet room at the back side. Left early so I didn't have the breakfast. The nice old lady that had the room key in the restaurant :-)
Review 2：There were no information about the hotel in the room, and that would have been much appreciated. Information like the code to the front door, wifi information etc.
Review 3：I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff at this little hotel in Frascati. Although the little old lady serving breakfast did not understand much English, she did her best to serve me and we communicated excellent using simple words.

Review 6：The piazza was noisy at night but only with people enjoying themselves, no trouble. The parking was on the street using a dedicated place for the hotel visitors

Review 8：The wi-fi is only available with a weak single near the first floor lobby desk. A strong signal is available in the restaurant which is not really a public space except during breakfast and dinner hours. The LAN cable connection provided for the rooms is only good, if one is carrying a computer. This is no good for all the wi-fi smart phones and tablets used today. A serious wi-fi upgrade is needed. The bathroom exhaust fan was rather noisy and needs to be replaced.
Review 9：The hotel is simple and charming. The restaurant is excellent and every meal was first class and reasonably priced. Sky TV is a big plus for non Italian guests.

Review 20：fantastic restaurant and very helpful staff.It was very easy to get into rome, short walk, 4euro return on the train which took about 25mins. beautiful views of Rome at night from the town walls. We would recommend the Minardi wine tour also . All in all a great break
Review 21：The room was very cold when I arrived, and there was no extra blanket, so I was freezing cold during the first night. Need to put on heating directly after arrival. My room was quite small. Need an extra power adapter for Italy.
Review 22：Very nice staff but speak mostly Italian; good value for money, convenient situation in the centre of Frascati. The food in the restuarant is supererb and truly Italian!!! Also good choice for vegetarians. Clean rooms. The hotel provided me with a plug-in LAN as remote LAN only works in restaurant (I think).

Review 24：great location at market in central Frascati. several wine serving places (cantina) around. train to center of Rome. nice roads into the Colli Albani hills, Castel Gandolfo, Nemi etc. If you look for the real local life, visit cantina Il Pergolato across the market square, self service, very busy, basic, phantastic place!
Review 25：On the air conditioner the temperature was illuminated, however in that small room in the night, that illumination acted like a fluorescent light that shone into your eyes when in bed. Good thing though, I was able to open the window and turn off aircon.

Review 33：Hotel pinnochio is a lovely quaint hotel. Frascati is a quiet little town with very friendly and welcoming locals. It is an ideal place to visit Rome and other places by train. The train station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Review 37：No parking slot at the hotel as mentioned in the booking!!! The car had to be lefy in a public parking slot, outside the piazzeta, if you were lucky to find one free; cost per parking day. The hotel has it's own restaurant, but it was closed the period we checked in. They don t have a universal translator, they don t know english and was very hard to get along and understand one another. Although the bathroom was like 15sqm (big!), it has a very little shower in one corner that you will find difficult cu shower in. Some old rusty furnished decorations, but you will get along with after first night. Unpleasant wakeup call from the hotel at 10 oclock for the checkout: they nearly slam the room door with knocking. .. I don't recomend it!
Review 38：The location is a little bit hard to get by car: roads are narrow, any turns and one way streets; fot the first time is hard even with a gps car unit. Once arrived at Piazza del Mercado, all you can do is relax and enjoy the birds in the park. The location is good for relaxation only. The room was big, even the bathroom. Many coffe shops in this place. Belvedere view on one sidr of the piazzeta. Friendly locals.

Two of the three rooms hadbalconies that looked out on a lovely piazza - one could open the doorsfor fresh air at night as no air-conditioning was available. Our thirdroom had a roof fan. (There was a heatwave in Italy June-July 2012). Thestaff was friendly - but difficult to communicate in English. The foodof the restaurant Pinnochio was excellent - no need to look for anotherrestaurant in Frascati.
