Review 1：Location is far, facilities is poor, rooms are not isolated you can here anything that walks in the corridor. Breakfast is poor, beds are not comfortable and they make a squesy noise... I can't stop!!

Review 3：I requested a baby crib but it wasn't available and when I asked for an extra blanket they wanted to charge me for it even though I requested it while booking !! I was traveling with my wife but there were 2 separate beds in the room instead of a king size bed although it was a junior suite.

Review 11：-Breakfast is poor only indo food. - I have to call the reception every time when i want to take shower to switch on the water heater to receive hot water snd after ten minute hot water will disappear, they will switch of the heater without calling me and insure that i have finished my shower, this is crazy thing. -There is no fan in room and i feel is hot and i think it is difficult to some one who accustomed to sleep in temperature below 20C , and I have asked the reception to provide small fan but they don't care. And i remind them next day and they do nothing.

Review 14：Beautiful view, so green and flowery. The air is fresh, staffs are helpful, spacious room, various TV channel. There are morning activities for children, so parents can be helped in entertaining their kids. Horse riding is provided. Location is quite far from the crowd but this is exactly what I need, especially for a getaway.

Review 17：This was a good place to stay; not far from the national park and far enough off the main road for peace and quiet. We were there for birdwatching. One recommendation I would make would be to put in some plants to attract birds to the grounds.

Review 18：Ants all over the beds. No door on the bathroom. No hot water even after requesting from the front desk. The road to this hotel is treacherous to say the least. Only stay here if you are used to roughing it and you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. This hotel is only worth it if you get a good rate, like $40 USD per night; not worth more than that.

Review 38：1) No Swimming Pool 2) Liquid soap in bathroom for bath is completely bad and stink like hell and I suggested to buy of ur own. 3) Wifi range is very very poor for last end rooms. 4) There are timings for hot water for shower i.e from Morning 6.00 am to 9.00am and in the evening from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm and if you miss the timing for hot waters then it will impossible to take bath because the normal water are same like freezing cold water. 4) No facility for the hired drivers.

Review 39：The most thing i liked about the hotel is the mountain view from balcony but more good mountain view rooms get from the front side of the hotel. Staff are excellent and more co-operative. Restaurant food price is cheaper and good. For the scenic photograpy its very nice

Review 40：I waliterallynd picked this hotel after reading theACeviews and OMG!! Location SUCKSSS is far from everythinggggggg and the road to it is a disaster, I tried to enjoy Puncak but I couldn't, when I asked the staff about any tours They were like "why??" They couldn't help me at all, they just got me a driver and he suggested me some places. No 1 speaks English at all, even then manager and it was so hard to deal with these people. There's not a single supermarket or a restaurant in that area so basically I felt like staying in a prison in there. The food in the hotel sucks, BIG TIME, not too many options, they got all breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks in 1 page, and its not in english, for lunch I asked wjat they have, they said chicken and beef, I said ok I'll have the beef, he said sorry sir we only got chicken. At night the room is full of mosquitoes, I literally couldn't sleep at all for 2 days, no AC in the rooms. I was all alone in the hotel "no wonder why" I'm still surprised of the reviews on this hotel!! I hope no 1 goes through what I went through.
