Review 1：We didn't like cold and dark room (different than on the web page) and there was a lot of dust in the sheets. And the shower must be better. Girl says it was a dissaster. Also the elevator was scary...

Review 3：Clean room with a huge and new bathroom with a big shower and a window. Beautiful views to the mountains from the window. Cozy terrace to enjoy at the end of the day the views. Delicious breakfast with tasty cakes (even a 10 stars sacher cake! Congratulations to the chef for it and your happy songs in the kitchen!). The beverage (capuccino, tea, ...) of the breakfast were served by a very nice waitress. And specially thank you very much Salvatore for your helpful service everyday, and your courtesy to keep the luggage until the departure of our bus.

Review 10：Staff did not speak English, no internet, hotel was exremelly loud with no soundproofing so it was very hard to sleep. The breakfast was very poor, all sweet cakes and biscuits. Would have liked fresh fruit, eggs or bread. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there are no shops, pubs or nice restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. We asked the receptionist where we could find somewhere to eat and she told us there was none. On our last night we found a nice pizzeria down the road, we had been struggling to find nice food all week and the receptionist could have been more helpful. Advertising was very misleading. I would not recommend this hotel for English or Irish people looking for fun and amenities because there are none.
Review 11：Hotel is under any expectations. Small rooms, we booked triple - a room was not more than 8 sq. meters, no heating at night, 3 adults breathing and impossible to open a window without heating. Summer blankets - very thin. No internet for 4 days from 7. Staff said that problem is global, but there was other working networks in around. "Sweet breakfast" - terrible. Never will stay at this hotel, and don't recommend to others!
