Review 1：Apartment was not clean. Hot water was lukewarm only and was not enough for 4 person! Boiler temp was not adjustable(blocked). Microwave oven was not connected to mains...because there was no socket close...

Review 3：That they were not upfront with the fact that the small apartments doesn't come with a bed! We had to sleep on a sofa bed for our 9 days, but hey, i guess it stood somewhere in the fine prints. Only that this detail should not a be a "fine-printed" detail, and should be stated clearer that this apartment does not come with a bed.
Review 4：Liked the apartment itself. Very nice and modern with a simple but nice balcony. The location was the best thing of it all. But notice that an Ocean view room not necessarily means real Ocean view.
Review 5：We missed the washing machine a bit. The wifi was really poor. There were no English speaking TV channels. There were no cleaning appliances placed (broom, mop) in the room.
Review 6：The whole apartment building is very modern and nicely furnished. Very close to the Kamenjak national park.

This was not at all clear from the advertisement and obviously created problems - we arrived quite late in teh evening, and couldn't find any place still open from where to buy soap. They should really provide something so basic for the price they're charging.
Review 8：The WiFi did not work, only for a few seconds before breaking up. The TV was completely useless, there were hundreds of channels, but mainly from the islamic world...this is surely not the target guest population in this part of the adreatic sea.

Review 10：There are no good beaches in 1 km from the hotel, like advertised. Going by car into Cape Kamenjak is tricky, the road is in very bad shape. And, the Wi-Fi in the hotel is really poor.

Review 14：from the apartment we could see just the parking space, there is just asphalt around the building - no green, there was a very small sink, which made it difficult to wash bath-suits, there was no hair drier and no laundry hanger, in the majority of the cases wi-fi wasn't working.

Review 16：location - not for youngs, you have nothing to do there, you must take a car and drive to Pula or other places. Around the apartments there is no beach only bays and far from a walk - no good for swimming - bit dangerous Mosquitos everywhere inside and outside, you could not have windows open in the evening nor sitting on the balcony.

Review 27：The one bedroom is big, modern, within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive or bike ride from the park.
Review 28：The cleaning was not perfect. Not bad, but not perfect. They provide only sheets for bedclothes (for the blankets too) that was a little bit unconfortable, especially for kids. Kitchen equipment a little bit poor (pots and pans). The check out time 10 am, the check in 15 pm (not 11, 16).

Review 30：all these minuses are not serious: prices in local shops are higher 30%, than those in Pula, beach is not reachable by foot with children, however the car fixes this difficulty in full. washing machine and dish washer are absent, but that is not a great problem for the period of less than 2 weeks stay. you can ask reception with a smile to help you with this. 5 EUR and your laundry will be clean in 3 hrs.
Review 31：rather fresh furniture and interior, despite on spots and scratches. parking is always available. Close to the village centre, very quiet, suitable for families with children, the best beach option for children is only 2,5km away. stuff is helpful, reacting on every request. WIFI is not stable, but you are not going to work!
Review 32：Sea which is app. 500m from the apartment is not siutable for swimming, not nice beach, but anyway you prefer to go to Kamenjak or to other beaches which are close by car. So if you look for apartment on the beach, not the best location.

Review 59：Wifi only worked in some parts of the apartment, when it did work it was fine, but it sometimes required bringing a chair from the kitchen out to the front door area. There was construction going on outside during our stay, so the mornings could get very noisy. The reception wasn't always open when we needed it and we had to go try and find staff members (this only happened once during the week we were there). There was no bread knife in the kitchen.
Review 60：The staff were helpful and the location was great, it was very close to the town centre (5-8 minute walk) and the national park (10-15 minute drive). The nearest restaurant (3-4 minute walk) was really nice and we ended up going there a few times for food or just for drinks. The apartment was lovely and had just about all the facilities we needed (cooker, coffee maker, pots/pans etc.)
