The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air is fresh as the hotel is in the mountains, the area is guarded and fenced, very quiet at night.

Review 8：Why honeymoon kind of place? It is extremely quiet and refreshing place, as it's located in the mountain. Nice view, very fresh air and far from the street. Suitable for those who seek for the repose.

Review 10：It's really a good place to spent your holiday. The hotel was good, pretty clean, the staff was also very nice. The air so fresh and the view is quite beautiful.

Review 11：Location is close to botanical garden (back gates, but that is nice!), but little far from road (4 km). All normal shops located down, so you need ojek or catch some transport(look for yellow miniwans) or strong legs to go down to highway. Keep in mind that resort is located in hills so you definitely should take some transport to get there.

Review 29：There was no cable TV channel, no WiFi, no option for breakfast (even we had to pay for an omellete tomatoe & cheese), there were many cats even I saw one of the cat was jumping on top of the table where they served all the food inside the cafetaria where we had breakfast (at that time there were no staff at all to look after the food). They didn't clean the room and didn't fill in the complementary mineral waters, coffee, tea and sugar, if you didn't ask them to do so.

Review 31：Excellent place for birders/nature lovers to start your hiking. The location is at walking distance from the botanical garden and the entrance to the national park. Staff is very friendly and the price competitive compared to other places in the area. Will definitely visit this place again.

Review 32：The Hotel Location is mentioned as Puncak while it is not in Puncak andis in an Isolated location. This tricked me to book a Hotel which is faraway from Puncak (Cipanas) and also far from the ease access totransportation to Puncak.

Review 34：We did not get the room that we had booked for. We had to wait for 3 hrsbefore getting a room, the bathroom was unacceptable , very dirty. Thestaff had given the room that we requested to other guest and worst offall, the staff gave a room that was extremely dirty with no bed to ourdriver and charged us 172 thousand Indonesian rupiah for it!
