Review 1：Beach Haven B&B is the best bed and breakfast I've ever! She is such a sweetheart and very thoughtful. The location is perfect in the pretty tidy town of Tramore, and it isn't too far from Lafcadio Hearn Gardens. The rooms and bathrooms are really nice and the breakfast is delicious!

Review 12：This is one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in a very long time.. The studio accommodation was perfect for my young family, spacious, clean and easy accessible with my buggy! The owners of the B&B Niamh & Avery were the most gracious hosts and perfect with my two young boys! I felt like I was most important guest they had at the Beach Haven.. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with the home from home feeling then this is the place to be! So affordable for a young family on their holidays sticking to a budget.. Review 14：The owners were SO kind, friendly & supportive of the children (& us too!). There was a fantastic playground nearby & a beautiful beach too. We arrived a bit late from a long journey & were given a warm & friendly welcome. Thank you both so much!
Review 15：The excellent little homey touches like books in the bedrooms & toys available for the children, we enjoyed the use of the lounge in the evening & mixing with other guests. The decor was fab, beds v comfy, showers were lovely, lots of fluffy towels that were a decent size & even washcloths were provided. Breakfast was delicious & after anticipating it for weeks my son was very impressed with his real pancakes & maple syrup. Would definitely return.

Review 21：Wifi in the bedroom was giving trouble - but the hosts were really helpful in trying to sort it - and it worked (slowly, but it worked) in the lounge. Heating in the bedroom didn't come on until the early evening, so when we came back in the afternoon it was a bit chilly unless we sat in the lounge, which the hosts' children also used.

Review 24：There hosts were so nice and greeted us really well. Because of new years eve they let us check out later and offered breakfast later. The rooms were spacious and well heated. Had lovely hot showers. ample pillows and blankets in the cupboard and even if I would have needed more they were so friendly I would have no hesitation in asking for more. In some reviews People complained of noisy television and not enough pillows as i Said before they could have asked . food was to a very high standard and was delicious I would highly recommend this place to stay and I will be returning and telling all my friends and family about it. Review 27：Beach Haven B&B was one of the best b&bs ive ever stayed in, we booked very close to our arrival and im talking less than 30mins, lol. We were made to feel at home from the min we walked in the door. It is within in walking distance to everything. Breakfast was excellent and great choice. Room was spotless and a great size, there where 4 staying in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

The food was very nice - especially the banana pancakes - and a good breakfast is the ideal start to the day. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were especially restfull. Review 31：We arrived on a Motorcycle we rode through a lot of rain so clothes very wet. The owners offered us a drying room straight away. Much appreciated . A perfect spot to explore Tramore.
Review 32：The house was very well presented inside an out. Ample free parking. We had to leave before breakfast in the morning. The lady of the house offered to leave food out for us when we declined she took a little off the cost for us. We did not expect this but it was a lovely gesture. Room was really clean and comfortable. We were visiting for a family party and I can see us booking in again.

The breakfast was lovely and always served with a smile. We were 5-10mins walking distance from everything so meant we could leave our car and walk. :) Would defo be back!! Thanks for having us... x
Review 38：Their policy of cleaning/changing the room whilst the occupants are having their breakfast.I was startled when i returned to the foom for something mid- breakfast only to find someone in there.When i mentioned it to both Avery & Niamh they understood but said this THIS policy "works for them" & was unlikely to change.I suggested to them therefore that it should also be a policy to INFORM guests either in their greeting, or on their website that it was there policy to do this...therefore guests would know in advance and not be startled or unsettled in any way.I'm not sure if anything will change...but they seemed to take it on board.There is NO internal bell or aid to help attract the attention of staff should you need them.A couple of times i needed help and found myself calling out for someones attention.When asked, i was told to go OUTSIDE to ring the doorbell....which i thought to be a bit odd.A simple thing like having an INTERNAL bell in the reception/ office area would make life so much easier for all concerned.OR...Have a person at the reception area at ALL times to take care of any queries that guests might have.A bulb was gone in a lamp, but quickly replaced. The Shaver light in the toilet didn't work at all.The head-board was loose and tended to bang against the wall when moving in the bed....putting a cushion behind it stopped the banging, so it was dealt with.Our neighbour in the room next door fell asleep with the TV blaring...it woke us both up at 3.30am...and we found it hard to go back asleep after that....Not the fault of the management there i know, but with walls so thin, perhaps it should be a policy NOT to have TV's on AFTER midnight.....just a suggestion.I would rate the Beach Haven as an 8.5 purely because of the few MINOR details that i have outlined.Although they are NOT MAJOR things in the whole scheme of things...Sometimes....
Review 39：We stayed at the Beach Haven B&B from 2/08/14 for two nights. We were impressed by it for the most part...it had friendly staff.. a great location..only being five mins walk from the strand...very clean rooms and amenities the food was good,but small portions were served which left me wanring more...lots of information about local amenities. Both Avery and Niamh did their best to facilitate our needs, and were nice to deal with. All round Beach Haven B&B is a good establishment...well run and had what we needed to enjoy our weekend. I would have no problem recommending it to anyone.
