Review 3：After a stay of 5 days and checking in late on the first day, still when asked for a grace of couple of hours after check out time on last day due to flight schedule being late, the request was turned down which I feel could have been easily accomodated. It was matter of just 5 hours more. I landed up paying a whole day tarrif.

Review 17：When I arrived at an odd hour of 3am the room that was assigned to me stinked so bad that I nearly vomitted. I complained to the reception and in the morning they gave me an Executive romm which was beautiful and comfortable.

Review 22：The place was not good as per the star rating and the booking was done for two persons and somehow the reservation was showing only one person and had booked two rooms without breakfast. The hotel charged me extra Rs 700 per room and treated as extra person. If you see the price for the room in booking.com for single and double it is the same So the hotel cheated me and this is not a good sign for this hotel and i will not suggest this stupid hotel to anyone and all i say is these are cheaters

Review 28：While booking it, I read that the hotel charges money for the WiFi after1 hour of free use, so, I didn't use it more than few minutes towhich I can't comment whether they still charge for the WiFi or not,even though it's listed as free. As far as the cleaning goes, theycould add more effort in to cleaning the bed, room etc. Maybe I am usedto a higher quality standards in terms of building, facilities andcleanness.

Review 37：Traffic due to construction of metro is killing when you come back from other places in taxi ( not the property fault). 'Paid' wifi is not advised as many properties offer the service free as the charges are cheaper in India.

Review 38：Helping staff. Restaurent which serve Indian food is good. The coffee shop and Bake is pretty nice. Late checkout facility is really appreciated. Located along MG road and easy walking distance for quick shopping. Anytime I will stay here due to the good staff, sufficient facility and cleanliness; even though the building is kind of old. Advantage is, you tell any auto or taxi driver at any location within Kochi can take you there as it is a well known property in the region serving for many years..
