Review 1：Breakfast was skimpy and store bought not what you would expect from such a setting. Room was adequate but no luxury as towels, sheets, bedding were thin and scratchy. Would not return.

Review 4：This was a good experience. It is definitely a working farm...they were harvesting olives during our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. Simple but very adequate. Breakfast could be improved perhaps...only pastries which were not very good. Some cheese and maybe salami or whatever would have been nice. The conserves in the fridge were good. We enjoyed the self-serve approach though. Overall, I would stay again...the owners hope to please and are very kind.

Review 5：We stayed here while doing family research in the Gibellina / Salaparuta area. Carbona has a quaint and charming farmhouse and restaurant located among the olive grove in the countryside of Castelvetrano, but it is still close to the city center. After many long days of doing research, we enjoyed the peace and quiet here.

Review 11：We were made to feel most welcome by the owners who were absolutely charming and always professional about the service they provided. The food and service was always excellent The accomodation was also excellent - clean and very comfortable. The room was air conditioned with an superb ensuite shower room.
