Review 1：The WiFi signal was not reaching to the room. The operator (0) was not responding to my several calls, not even the room service was answering? they made me angry. The staff could not fix the WiFi signal next day, but they fixed it in the third day.

Review 2：The location was perfect, the garden and green area in front of the room, the fire place in the room. The resturant staff in the breakfast time were nice and welcoming, the reception staff were friendly

Review 10：We stayed at the two bedroom villa. I love the location of the resort. It is really at the top of the mountain. Great hospitality service, those who complaint about slow service. This place is not for you. It is a resort, a place to relax and enjoy the fresh air with a beautiful nature and that is the reason everything moves slowly. Even the time seems like moving slowly. Nature lovers would not want to miss this place. Not forgetting the staff who made my holiday a total success by the name of Qoyyum. He was very friendly and helpful. Did not get the chance to meet him in person because he was always on the night shift. Definitely a great resort, i would love to return back to this place if I have the time.

Review 11：there is no internet connections, when I wanted to change my 2 bedroom bungalow to their hotel. they asked to call booking.com to cancel, when to their internet café no internet connection. argue with the duty manager. check out the next day when I am suppose to stay 2 nights there.

The hot water supply was locked which they should have checked before let the guest let in. 3. One of the toilet flash was out of order which they fix it after informing. Review 59：The concierge took forever to transport our bags, I ended up carryinghalf the family load. The bungalows didn't have car access, I had tocarry the bags using starts. The Deluxe room was two small and had 2separate beds instead of one king size Kitchen closes at 9:30 with allstaff standing near your table and switching lights off to get you toeat faster. Other Hotels in the area have 24Hrs service. The staffdidn't help at all in terms of attractions or restaurants in thecity. There was unmarked Gasoline in an open wine bottle which made me,my wife, and our baby very sick because of the fumes. The bathroom wasvery old and very dirty they don't have a/c, but didn'tprovide mosquito pads?? I would have paid for it. There were manylizards in the rooms hiding in the many cracks and getting into oursnacks when we are out. How much does it cost to seal these cracks?Really? The hotel management and staff should be trained or replaced
