Review 1：The room is not 4 stars at all. First I was given a room in the main building on the third floor but I rejected it because this building didn't have an elevator. Then they òffered me another room in a different building with an elevator.

Review 8：Toilet got no bidet, leaking, cocroaches and mosquitoes around. The plugs for charging hp is not international charge plugs. I cld not get my hp charged for 2days.but what i dont like most is there are no lifts in the hotel. Im brought my mum who is 70 years old with arthiritis and knee pain. our room is on the 2nd floor. Imagine how she climb up and down the stairs?? It took her 15mins to get up the 2nd floor as every 2-3 steps she has to sit down and rest. Its so uncomfortable and annoying her. Hope u cld build a lift for all esp the snr citizen. Thanks

Review 12：When we checked in we were informed that our 5 year old kid could join breakfast without additional charge. But the next morning when we walked into the breakfast area we had to pay extra breakfast for the kid, and the PIC said it was the receptionist's mistake. So it was very inconvenient for us. The food was just standard - not bad, but not the best either.

Review 13：We stayed in a deluxe room on the first floor on the first night. The room was spacious, quite clean. There were few mosquitos but surprisingly they didn't bite. :) No AC was not a problem because the weather was cool. We moved to the newly renovated exc. deluxe on 3rd floor on the 2nd night, and we found it even better. Cooler, cleaner, with a double bed and 2 small beds underneath so it could accomodate four people comfortably. The pool is great for kids, too bad the weather was a bit cloudy when we swam so the water was sooooo cold. They're building a heated children pool at the moment. I guess when it's done it'll be great. The outdoor playground was also great and quite well maintained. We didn't go inside the indoor playground though. There is also a nice well mowed field that can be used for mini soccer or other outdoor activities. When we were there it was being used by a company gathering. The hotel provide few family / group activities. We took the hula camp on our 2nd night, they provide a tent, snack & camp fire from 7 to 9.30 PM.

Review 14：There is no such things like baby cot or baby crib. Though they mention it as one of facility they may provide.. it's just an empty promise. Bad maintained fitness centre. I didn't have a nice bath, although there is a bathup, because there was no hot water! Only warm... which was not satisfying.

Review 16：Lift was broken at arrival date (was fixed at next day). Refrigerator is noisy. Swimming pool is a bit dirty with leaves, etc. To reach location, the road is bumpy.

We heard The other guests were angry,yelled on their room's balcony because none came to fix it or turned on the genset. It was a horrible night we could barely continue our sleep after that.

Review 53：I like the activities there. We can play ping pong, pool, badminton, basketball. And we had a fun night sitting on the pool side resto and there was a band playing romantic song

It has playground outdoor and indoor, swimming pool with many kind of slides, good views, clean and quite comfortable for short trip. It is near with Taman Cibodas with greeny view, cool temperature, and good for picnic. It has a better view than Kebun Raya Bogor. Hotel Yasmin is also near Resto Amen with great taste for Chinese food and Factory Outlet Brasco.
