Review 1：Bed was a bit uncomfy - mattress felt old, charged full amount to credit card in advance without warning or contact (website advised 1 night would be charged at some point in advance)

Review 3：The double bed was incredibly soft and each time my husband turn I almost flew off! Tv didn't work when we wanted to watch the Sydney New Years eve fireworks. I real disappointment.

Review 11：Location is fantastic and the owners are great people. The motel is clean and comfortable. The pool was good. I had a long swim in the morning to cure the guilt of the large pizza I knocked over the night before. Indian restaurant attached to the motel serves a great vindaloo.

Review 28：If I had to not like something it would be that besides the table and chairs in the main room there was nowhere to sit if our children wanted to watch TV they lay on our bed so 4 in the bed was a bit much. Maybe a little 2 seater lounge in the could work well.

Review 33：This is a quite oldshcool type of motel, probably more adapted for old persons than young people. The bedroom lights were very dull and bright, creating a cold atmosphere rather than a warm one... Too expensive for the service you get.

Review 47：Stayed 2 nights but after being kept awake til 3 in the morning by noisy partying in the next room I complained to management to prevent a repeat experience on night two. The response was to move us to an upstairs room with no screen door and that night the air conditioning system cut out so we had a second night of no sleep because of the heat.

Review 54：Smokers below and next door. Smoke was wafting in but we coped. Suggest checking bathroom taps for squeaks and drips. Check that vanity bathroom plug contains the water. It's the little things that are important. Bathroom door rattled when closed.

Review 60：The facilities are satisfactory if dated, considering the cost/night. Not being able to cook in the room is unsatisfactory as One of our family live with Coeliac disease ( a gluten free diet). Bathroom was very dusty and dark black hair was left in there - we have grey, blond and red hair.
Review 61：All good for our 12 and 17 year olds, who loved being able to enjoy the pool without adult supervision. The beds were very comfortable and beautifully made. Having an iron and board plus hairdryer was a great help too.
Review 62：The staff were excellent, the pool was lovely and clean, although it wasn't warm enough to use it as it was very windy. The room was large and spacious. Could do with a new fridge as it didn't keep things very cool.
Review 63：The collapsed shower. The door was very difficult to lock, and had to be held firm to operate the key. The toilet flushing took a while to figure out - need to hold the button down for quite a while.

Review 76：Excellent location with a short walk to shops and main beach/rock pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was excellent space as we have 2 kids. Staff were friendly. Clean accommodation. There is also a pool, which is great when it's hot (but we did not use it).

When needing to keep to a budget, it was a pleasant surprise to get the larger room at no extra cost.The location was very convenient to shops, beach, lake and walking tracks and yet very quiet at night. Thanks to the friendly staff who also provided us with maps and information about the area.

Review 83：The manager and his mother were so helpful with anything from questions about restaurants to general location information. When they found out it was my partner's birthday, they offered us a free upgrade to a deluxe room. We even had a drink and chat with the manager that afternoon. Nice people and a nice, casual hotel.

Review 85：We were travelling through Melbourne to North Coast. I booked at last minute and was very impressed. Getting a call to ask if we wanted some toast when we arrived and a map in the room with details of coffee for the morning were appreciated.

Review 95：The lady at reception was absolutely lovely. So so helpful and accommodating. Her name may have been Constantine, according to my bank statement. She gave me a map and pointed out all the cafes, bars and major attractions. We were a bit early, planning to just park up and go for a walk until room was ready, but she offered us another room that was ready to go. Couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely return.
