Review 1：it is a motel class not a 4 stars hotel, poor rooms no AC, do not believe the photos. breakfast is not as good as it should be. every thing is not as expected.

Review 15：Bedroom floor is dirty same as the bath up. Room floor is very dusty..... Towel is old n bit dirty.. Bed sheet has some stains on it. no aircon even for the suite room.. Night time is okay but a bit hot on day time.

Review 17：for about the price of the room, I think is still a bit too high. because the room was a bit cramped, soundproof rooms are still lacking. and besides, the price is too expensive because of the extra bed if I rent two extra beds, 2 extra beds price was almost equaled the price of one room. because I stayed with the book 2 rooms. but behind the shortage, the hotel is clean enough in my opinion, and adequate facilities. if possible, to billiards free should be used. and my advice, the number of workers should be added, since the activity to be blocked, especially in dealing with customer requests. but on the other hand is still ok

Review 27：Too expensive for the quality of the rooms, they are close to a motel or a guesthouse. No AC. Some rooms are extremely noisy round the clock due to facing the motorway. If the cost is cut by half, it would be fair in my opinion.

I assume that if a room is to be robbed, it's really no big deal to call the nearest handy smith to get the doorknob fixed. A hotel like this should reconsider using an invention called "cards" to make their guests feel safer! - Unbearable smell in the rooms floors even after cleaning and Re-cleaning! - Towels in all the bathrooms of Indonesian hotels are not even considered as items-to-wash when it comes to laundry! - Really, truly entirely, heartedly and all the sensible adjectives, THE worst lady singer they have in the lobby from 5 (I guess) to 9 p.m! She karaokes allegedly called "western songs" and I am positive she sings Venusian! Terrible noise, terrible strident voice, terrible ambience of the whole Cipanas area when she holds up the microphone. She needs to be stopped. The time she's on that little stage they have, the whole world around me becomes purely surreal!! - Swimming pool was dirty and it doesn't look like the pictures AT ALL! - Puncak or the whole Indo-archipelago is prone to motorcyclists. I get it. I respect the traffic design and system in the Java islands! But when my psychological health and the wellbeing I had flown all the 9-hour flight for gets taken away, here it's not Me! Unbearable loud Frrrrrrrrrrmmmmm noise from motorcyclists all the time! Fairly speaking, except for the very few hours in the very early morning where they get shushed by paranormal powers where we can sleep soundly a little. - Food is not always clean in the restaurant but acceptable. - Gym timing is terrible. Just a few hours then they close to well keep the gold-made treadmills and ellipticals and the diamond-coveres dumbells!
