Review 2：Location was quite good. Walking distance from Duomo and 5 mins walk from Firenze SMN. Room was very clean and there was daily room service. Breakfast was very good with nice options. Staff was very friendly.

Review 5：The door is so old and difficult to open. Except the place, I think it is not good. During the time, there is no one to clean the room. The breakfast is also few to choose: the milk is cold and no hot water.

Review 7：The air conditioning was good but could not keep it on all night! when switched off the room got hot very quickly, and if we opened the window there was quite lot of street noise, therefore sleep quality not great. Next time we'll ask for a non-street facing room.

Review 9：It may be a 5 minute walk but if you large suitcases, be prepared to pull them through cobbler stone floors and up 3 flights of stairs. Floor tiles along corridors are loose and our room key needed multiple tries before the door will open. Receptionist gave us wrong directions on more than 1 occasions. Breakfast remains unchanged on day 3 and refill can be slow.

Review 18：The breakfast is really poor, "coffee" comes from the machine but as it's free of charge there is nothing to complain about. There are plenty places to go and have breakfast in Firenze.
Review 19：IMPORTANT: The hotel is just 5 min walkin away from the train station Firenze SMN, easy to find if you know which direction to go :) if you arrive by train: leave the train station on the left and take the first street on the left (there is a burger king around the corner as far as i remember), then just go strait ahead and turn right at the first possibility. now you arrived at via faenza and in front of you there is Hotel Anna's (and three other hotels in the same building) Search for number 56 BLACK The stuff is really helpful (speaks english and even a bit spanish)

The room itself was incredibly comfortable, had all of the facilities needed, and incredible for value of money. Breakfast was a full buffet downstairs of delicious options. The lounge, reception and kitchen area was absolutely beautiful and rustic. The location was superb - just a 5 minute walk to the train station and close to nearby shops, bus stops, metro station and Duomo. Highly recommended to all, I can't wait to go back!
Review 59：The only problem is they do not have any thick blanket or comforter. Moreover, radiators do not always work only after 9 Pm. So it becomes very cold in winter.

The breakfast was also far above our expectations. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. It was perfect for our needs.
Review 65：Warm water was terrible. It stopped in the middle of my shower for the 1st night and I called hotel staff and their answer was" If you do not like it, you can change the hotel". Bed was not so comfortable due to the spring of the mattress were too hard.

Certainly the system is over sensitive and the bath smoke turn it on because we never ever smoke. We felt terrified at that time and our mood were spoiled. The hotel itself is secure and only a short walk from the main train station (but unlike a lot of other cities the area around the train station is actually quite nice).
