Review 1：An ideal location, just 3 or 4 minutes' stroll from the historic centre. Great facilities: the pool and outdoor areas are all outstanding. Very comfortable room: well worth paying a little more for one facing the garden & harbour, rather than the landward side

Review 2：We liked everthing about this hotel, the location was excellent, it had a nice modern/traditional feel about the place plus we stayed on a half board basis which represented excellent value for money - in short this was the best hotel we stayed in on this latest trip to the Croatian Islands-- we stayed in 8 different hotels in all!

It was annoying to have to login many times in less than 10 minutes just because automatically your device was logout... this is not acceptable for a 4*hotel!!! It was a bad experience not to have free towels in the room to use for the out door pool... probably for a 2* hotel it is normal to have your own towels for the pool... but not for 4* hotel!

Review 11：Very bad communication between booking.com and hotel: the hotel knownothing about details of reservation via booking.com. We offered a roomfor a couple with a child. The hotel didn't know about it at all! Soonly arriving we realized that the price will be bigger than webooked!!! I think it's unfair!

The service team at the dinner was also very slow aprox 15-20min waiting to get a glass of vine. The room was smely you couldnt sleep!!! Lovely restaurants in the area, go exploring to find them up the side alleys. Nice markets and shopping too. Helpful hospital staff right nearby, sorted out our issues at A&E efficiently, asked no payment! All the staff could switch between so many languages comfortably. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We had a very lovely server at the hotel for breakfast and dinner.

Review 61：Small beach. Internet has to be paid (you get coupons for prepaid internet). A little problem with connection, when started it worked ok. Bad connection between floors in the hotel (for 1st floor you cross the hotel restaurant (when you get out of the elevator) to get to the certain wing of rooms. We rather used the stairs.

Room was dark decor and wardrobe doors needed repairing. No bedside table and light on one side. Poor resupply at restaurant. If you were not at beggining of meal times you didn't have full choice of menu. A couple of male waiters were dismissive of food availability.

Review 71：The receptionist was not a very friendly person and not even thathelpful. Had a gloomy face and never greeted with a smile. The food wasok but didn't have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Thebathroom absolutely needs an aspirator!! You take a shower, or use thebathroom and there is no fan to fresh up the air. We are a youngcouple, (on our thirties) but we noticed that the hotel was mainlyfrequented by older couples (40 and up). You could use internet wifi atthe hall only and had to pay for it, which for me personally seemsunreasonable especially nowadays where there is internet for freeeverywhere. There was a very small refrigerator which could be usedonly for the beverages offered by the hotel in the minibar. Youcouldn't store not even a small bottle of water.

Review 72：It is a nice-furnitured hotel. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned andcomfortable. Nice tv, comfortable bed, towels changed every day. Thehotel even gives you tickets to use the taxi-boats which take you to 2nice beaches. This is for free, but if you prefer the island has plentyof nice beaches to visit (you have to pay to use a taxi-boat in thiscase). Price-quality are met.

Review 73：We were disappointed that the hotel wasn't really "child friendly". For example the restaurant didn't have a high chair for a baby. Cleaning of the rooms could have been also more thorough.

Review 74：The hotel is centrally located. The view from the room (seaside) was breathtaking. Room was good size, nicely decorated and overall comfortable. We had half board and we were pleased with the food.

Review 75：The receptionist we first met was very rude, and one of the waiters at dinner was rude to us when we arrived towards the end of the serving time. However, another receptionist on leaving was very nice and the waiter who looked after us for the most part was also very nice.

Review 81：I am on a month long trip through Europe staying in similar priced accommodation. We booked this hotel for three nights as part of our honeymoon. I have never on the whole trip met anyone as rude as the front of house staff at the hotel. On our booking.com confirmation sheet it notes the price included have board and drinks- the hotel did not honor the drinks part saying booking.com are always doing this. Overall the approach was totally disrespectful and unacceptable and continued throughout our stay. We were given no info on the hotel services and only learned of the boat service offered by the hotel from Resding the Lonely Planet review on the hotel on our second day.

Review 82：The hotel grounds are nicely done, the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Rab, really close to the bus stop from the mainland and a stones throw from beautiful swimming spots. The hotel provide a boat that takes guests out to the swimming spots just outside of Rab township. The room was comfortable, modern and spotless.

Review 83：Rooms with good repair, but the carpet on a floor looks very stale. Very badly clean rooms: fuzzes on a floor, excrements of a birdie on a handrail of an ograzheniye of a balcony and lay all days of our stay in hotel. Cooling in a minibar didn't work - the temperature of beer was higher than the room. Say about this problem to the personnel on a reception, promised to correct but changed nothing. Fastening of a watering can of a shower should be tightened up. It is inadmissible for the 4th stars hotel. The Internet is available only from the unique computer near reception and at the price of 10kn for 15 minutes. The first password which to me gave out appeared void. Комнаты с хорошим ремонтом, но ковровое покрытие на полу выглядит очень несвежим. Очень плохо убирают комнаты: пушинки на полу, испражнения птички на перилах огражения балкона так и пролежали все дни нашего пребывания в отеле. Не работало охлаждение в мини-баре - температура пива была выше комнатной. Сообщили об этой проблеме персоналу на ресепшен, обещали исправить но ничего не изменилось. Крепление лейки душа пришлось подкручивать самим. Это недопустимо для 4-х звездочного отеля. Интернет доступен только с единственного компьютера возле рецепции и по цене 10 кун за 15 минут. Причем, первый пароль который мне выдали оказался недействительным.

Review 84：The hotel is conveniently located - near the old city, but far from noisy tourist crowd, in greens of big park. Guests of hotel can reach free of charge by the boat beaches in the next bay. The truth the hotel personnel didn't tell about it, while about it didn't learn casually. An excellent food in hotel, a good breakfast and a smart dinner with a wide choice of dishes, including a local cuisine. At restaurant the excellent personnel, very much was pleasant the modest and precautionary waiter of Stipe. The same little table is fixed to each lodger on all the time of accommodation. Отель удобно расположен - рядом со старым городом, но вдали от шумной туристической толпы, в зелени большого парка. ГОсти отеля могут бесплатно на лодке добраться до пляжей в соседней бухте. Правда персонал отеля об этом не сказал, пока сами об этом не узнали случайно. Отличное питание в отеле, хороший завтрак и шикарный ужин с большим выбором блюд, в том числе местной кухни. В ресторане отличный персонал, очень понравился скромный и предупредительный официант Stipe. За каждым постояльцем на все время проживания закреплен один и тот же столик.

Review 98：We booked the Imperial mainly because it offered free parking and wasclose to the main harbour area. Although they said that parking wasavailable and didn't need reservation there were only a few spaces leftwhen we got there and the hot was far from full.The hotel does seemed to be aimed more at the older genration, particularly with the music guy playing keyboard music in the bar in the evenings. The buffet dinner was reasonable. It's far from gourmet food, but there is a reasonable selection to satisfy most tastes. But we would recommend staying clear of the wine, I'm not particularly fussy when it comes to wine and yet I couldn't drink it. Overall it's a reasonable hotel, the older generation (as in the retired) would probably enjoy it more than younger, well travelled folk. And I would probably rate as a 3.5 star rather than a 4 star hotel.
