Review 1：Old carpets and furnishings that need immediate replacement with newer ones, same goes for the swimming pool and services like spa and massage were sub par of what is expected of a four star property. Poor wifi and sometimes confused front desk staff, if you need to get something done you should not be extra polite as you would be in a 4-5 star location.
