Review 1：I don't like the bathroom..the ecowasher isn't work properly..and me and my family not comfortable with the hangging shower..i think the restaurant need improve especially the taste..

Review 3：First time i'm check-in i didn't see extra bed in my room and i remember i already put note in my booking a month ago.and then the television is not going work.i can't see any chanel.AC in my room is very noisy.every morning me and my family want to breakfast we have to walk very far from our hotel to the restaurant.when i go to front office i said want to change our room they said i only can get standart room.for ur information i already booking for executive room but they offering me a standart room!!!

Review 5：i got leopard room, which is old with upper window open, so it is noisy. for 1.5 mil (full price not promo)with such condition is very not worthed. they should give us latest building such as giraffe. while we want to check out, even the porter did not offer any help with the luggage until we ask him to do so....

The variety of food, the taste and the presentation itself are poor. My Mom ate smelly fried rice and my husband got salt with it's turn become stone (can't pour onto your food). Please make it better...

Review 8：the natural atmosphere is very calm, comfy and suitable for family vacation. Royal Safari Garden have a wide place to explore and some attractive facilities.

Review 27：Staff attitude was completely irresponsible . I was advidsed to book a driver back to jakarta relying on my own . I understand that the hotel's drivers are fully booked . Yet there are solutions to help me find an outside driver . A Complete cateless attitude . So , I left my family for hours and went out just to book a taxi driver . The food is terrible (no variety ...meat is served raw and smells bad ...)

Review 42：When we arrived at our room and was at the balcony, one of the hotel staff went in the room with master key without us noticed. He meant good to give the welcome fruit, but getting inside an occupied room without permission when the guest is inside is a big no-no.

And surprisingly, we got everything in the fridge (fruits and cold drinks) for free! And thank you RSG for giving us discounts for Taman Safari Indonesia entry tickets.

Review 48：the breaksfast was too common, even for local people like me. i brought under 12 years old son, but still had to pay cash in front. this is the first time that i couldn't charges to my room. the breakfast location is more than 50 meters from my bungalow. the water splash park is wonderful, however i had to be back to my room again to bring my towels. the hotel didn't provide the bath towel in the pool.

Review 56：Terrible stay. I walked in the room and found many pieces of hair on the bathroom floor, paper shreds on the floor, and clearly the toilet had not been cleaned from the last visitor. Also, I asked for a quiet room and was given a room right along the street, and right near the restaurant where the music was blasting until 10 pm. Also, the walls and the door are so paper thin I could hear every little kid running and screaming down the hallway late into the night and very early in the morning. My kids and I barely slept.

Review 57：We stayed at the Leopard building. The room is small and is not very clean because our kids were coughing due to the dust in the room. There was sewage smell in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet at Leopard was understaffed and did not have enough chairs and tables for all patrons. There were long lines for omelette and the food and drink were not replenished soon enough that there were a lot of empty plates and jars.

Review 58：From our room we could see the mountains and the view was very good. We love the many facilities they provide for kids from the animal rides, animal show, boat ride along with feeding the fish, the bird park, other animals, the train/car ride etc. Our kids really had a great time there.

And too crowded restaurant during long weekend and created big mess in restaurant, I just fell in public cafeteria rather than in 4 star hotel. It is difficult to get table and clean spoon/ plate, and the restaurant staff looks so panic and can't do anything

Review 61：I booked this hotel through the booking.com. they allocated our room wall view and end of the corridor. The reseaon is booking.com price is cheaper than normal price. When I reserved hotel, I asked queen bed. But they gave 2 single bed non chageable.

Review 63：The road in front was badly jammed both ways, so we forced to have dinner in the hotels restaurant. The menu was limited and did not cater for vegetarians. Even though you have few vegetarians coming in and out, you have to have about 5 dishes ready to serve.

Review 64：There were 13 of us who actually got into the 3 bedroom banteng bungalow. It was good to know that they have so many activities for children and they had a decent size swimming pool. Our bungalow was excellent and service was great. We came just after the school holidays, if not I heard its really packed.

Review 71：some of children's facility need maintenance. it looks trashy and not safe. Besides, i advise it would be perfect if there is a shuttle bus from hotel to Taman Safari. Or hotel can provide night safari tour with additional charge from hotel by using bus from Taman Safari/hotel. it would be more adventure than using our own car. Guests also can do interacting each other during the safari night tour.

Review 72：i visited Royal Safari Garden to celebrate my birthday with big family on Feb 28th. it was perfect! My family, especially my nephews and nieces were enjoy with the facility. We stayed in 3 bedrooms bungalow (Banteng), the bungalow is very modern and spacious with private garage. The beds are also comfortable. We got welcome drinks, and many compliments at rooms. The breakfast is nice and we can see leopard view inside restaurant. it's very educative and entertaining. My nephews and nieces wish me to get bday everday, so i can invite them to come back again to RSG :)

Review 73：The breakfast is not enough to cover Customer. Sometimes, the receptionist is not direct answer the call. Other things, Royal Safari must provide inside the bungalow : sink near the dinner table, bench on the terrace and dispenser. the rest is already satisfied.

Review 85：The pool (They said "waterpark") was too small, not enough for all guests. Most of recreation facilities only open on weekends and from 8 am till 4 pm, better for them to extend the service hour. On my room (Cendrawasih) they don't provide a hairdryer. The breakfast need to improve for it's taste and the menu. Much time to wait for drinking glass, cuttleries, and much more.

Review 86：All facilities provided by the hotel, most of it pay-per-use, but it's worth. The area was so huge enough for big families or for person who wants to having fun inside. They have some animals that also available in Taman Safari. They also provides daily drinks (e.g coke, mineral water, etc), the important thing it's free. Welcome fruits also available for the first day of stay.
