Review 1：Maybe they could update the menu, provide more dishes.

Review 2：It was a fantastic experience in Firenze! Everything was just perfect! I felt like a princess! The staffs were very kind. The shuttle bus was very convenient. The hotel is only 2km from downtown. The terrace on the 5th Floor is AMAZING!!!

Review 3：Amazing facility. The Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. My wife are I are in our late 40's and have stayed at a lot of top resorts and hotels. My wife chose Villa Cora for something different than the usual five star hotel chains. For reference purposes we stayed at the St. Regis when in Rome. The history and uniqueness of Villa Cora made it an experience I will not forget. We did not eat at the hotel because we were in town every day so I can not rate that. Villa Cora is just outside the downtown area. A private shuttle service is offered at no charge and you can walk if you are up to it. We did both and did not mind at all. If you go have a drink at the roof top bar the views were amazing and a treat after a long day of touring the city of Florence. One last note. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to actually write a review. That is how impressed I was with Villa Cora.

Review 4：Excellent location close to Florence but parkland. The staff were very helpful in advising on locations to visit and making reservations. The room was comfortable and very quiet.

Review 11：Loved everything about this place! The whole deco is amazing you feel like you're in a museum.. the staff were really helpful and were always making you feel welcome until the last minute. The swimming pool and the spa again were great so was the food and the choice for breakfast was incredible. It is not right in the middle of Florence but they have a shuttle bus that takes you to the city centre and when you're ready to go back to the hotel you just give them a call and they will pick you up wherever you are. Nothing bad to say about this place. The only bad thing was having to leave.

Review 12：We were very impressed with the friedliness and the level of service from all of the staff. The spa and treatments were amazing and Patrizia and her team made us feel wonderful. The breakfast was superb (especially the gluten free criossants) and the restaurant food very nice. As a honeymoon spot it was perfect and close enough to Florence to get in easily but also providing some welcome calm and relaxation away from the city.

Review 13：Only comment would be that they provided complimentary water in the room on arrival, and water/ fruit and biscuits were available all day in the lobby, but no free water was provided after the first day in the room which would have been nice. Wi fi didn't work well outside the villa, but these were v minor problems. Overall v relaxing stay.

Review 14：Superb staff. V friendly and attentive. Good location with courtesy mini bus for transfers to and from Florence. Excellent breakfast. Didn't eat in restaurant but v good bar snacks available.

Review 15：The gym is a bit small if there are a lot of people staying. Also, if there is a wedding and a lot of people are staying in the hotel, the spaces around the pool can become a little bit limited. However, this only really occurred at the weekend.

Review 16：The staff are extremely helpful and the hotel is beautifully located up the hill just outside the centre of Florence but still within walking distance of the main sites and museums (the hotel also runs a short complimentary shuttle bus). Hotel is also beautifully designed with antiques in keeping with its period.

Review 31：Of course, a Villa like that does not match with super speed wi-fi (wi-fi is ok). But why should one have super speed with all the beauty to see and enjoy at the Villa? Better go to the restaurant and enjoy a great meal!

Review 33：Professional, helpful and kind staff. Great dinner at Pacha Restaurant. Although I prefer more classical decoration and lighning options, I have to admit that the decor provides the Palace experience a young and comfortable twist. Transfers to downtown worked perfectly, and a nice walk or a taxi were also very reasonable options.

Review 34：Eclectic Napoleon 3rd style villa turned into luxury hotel. All beautifully done. Nice garden with views. friendly and professional staff. We had a fantastic time. So had our dog.

Review 36：The interior design and decoration of common facilities, hallways and room is marvelous. The outdoor restaurant has a nice view overlooking the swimming pool. Rooms view are quite interesting which is overlooking the garden. The staff were helpful in providing information and giving suggestions.

Review 49：This hotel is absolutely outstanding! First of all, it's really gorgeous inside and out and incredibly well kept and clean. The location is just 10 minutes away from Florence so out of all the touristy chaos but still in Florence. Also the view is spectacular. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Every detail is just amazing. And to top it off, the staff is incredible!!! We had never been to a place where absolutely everyone was so well trained, well mannered and nice as this hotel. Not even Four seasons or Ritz. By far, this is the best hotel in Florence!

Review 52：My stay at Grand Hotel Villa Cora was truly magical. The interior of the main building, the grounds and the rooms are all superb! I came to Florence to do as much sightseeing as possible, but the hotel was so beautiful including the pool area and the spa that I found myself not wanting to leave! The staff are charming, perfectly groomed and nothing is too much trouble for them. The attention to detail in every way is second to none. If you want an all round wonderful experience that makes you feel pampered I would not go past recommending Grand Hotel Villa Cora as the perfect place to stay.

Review 53：Authentic luxury surroundings, exceptional attentiveness and care from the staff, an all round wonderful experience. The Spa was heaven and a rainy morning was spent here! The pool is fab and gives such great flexibility for a city break when you just want to relax. Courtesy shuttle is fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Review 54：The behaviour of other British people who appeared to be someone's wedding guests. We are going back to the UK to apply for Irish passports as is our rite as we would not want to be associated with such loutish behaviour which kept us awake most of the night. Adjoining door between our room and theirs meant we could hear every syllable though I imagine we could have also still heard them back in England they were so loud, drunk and disgusting. It was not something anyone wanted to hear and they let themselves, their country and their hosts down. They should have gone to Magaluf and not somewhere as cultural as Florence where they clearly didn't belong.

Review 59：An absolutely beautiful hotel, one of our favourites in the world. The pool is wonderful to relax by before a spot of site-seeing in Florence (a 5 min drive by the hotel shuttle), the rooftop terrace has beautiful sweeping views of Florence and the staff couldn't be more helpful. They have even set up an outdoor gym for the summer. This was our second visit and we can't wait to go back.
