Review 2：The views from the apartment are amazing. The room is small but comfortable. The terrace is huge. The self-catering facilities are basic but it didn't matter as wemade fruit salad for breakfasat and ate out for lunch an evenings. Janis and his wife Rose are really helpful and friendly even when I rang at midnight to tell him we had locked ourselves out!

Review 8：Very friendly couple managing the hotel and serving delicious breakfast. You can hardly expect such a tasty high standard room decoration before stepping into the room.Also brand new. Located by the sea.We enjoyed our stay and plan to comeback for a longer stay.
Review 9：Nothing of any significance. The only comment we would add is the relative isolation of the town of Agia Fotini. Only if you have your own car (whether rental or not) you can enjoy the island. Otherwise you are pretty much stuck. Fortunately we had one.

Review 11：You need a cab or rent a car for arriving hotel. But, I'd never asked public transportation to hotel staff. Maybe some municipilaty' buses drop you there.
Review 12：Hotel located in near of seaside. You could watch fascinating seascape from your terrace or balcony. Anyway, I satisfied staff and hotel. I will stay again here next time cause of liked here. It's close to Chios centre approx. 10-15 minutes by car.

Review 14：The hotel is in front of the sea. Stunning view from our huge terrazza. Kitchen has everything you need to cook properly. From the bedroom you can listen to the sea. Quite place, with some good tavernas nearby. Ms Rosa, the owner, she's great, she made us feel home. Cleaning was perfect! (And I grew up with a cleaning obssessed italian mother, so you can believe me!). Absolutely perfect the position too, close to chios, the main city, but far enough to grant quietness and relax. If you decide to visit Chios this is the right place to stay!
Review 15：Wifi is available in the room & in all resturants/cafés, however you are on a small secluded island so service is not optimum...so what...relax and unplug.
Review 16：Wonderful service from the staff! The owners went out of their way to accommodate us, from taxis to Advil (toothache & travel). Theoxenia offered us stunning shores, a sweet studio (bring your own food, drink, shampoo, etc) with a spectacular view of Turkey and the Aegean, charming cafés on the water, delicious food, honest taxi/bus service & world class hospitality. If you're looking for a quiet beautiful destination to relax...this is affordable paradise.

Review 19：We loved how we listened to the waves at night and could run down to the water in front of our unit during the day. The Restaurants were wonderful especially for fish and squid. The staff went out of their way to help with places to go too, eat at and helping me book my on-going flights to Paris. An exceptional holiday! One that will be remembered.
