Review 1：I couldn't recommend it more. Reception open at the main location until 9pm, the girl was very nice to us despite our late arrival. We had a studio flat which was brand new and very roomy, at another location within the residence, near their pool. They were flexible and trusty with our check out time as well. All this for the price of a cheap B&B! No brainer. Also, Premantura with its natural park is an utter gem of Istria which no tourist should miss.
Review 2：There was no hot water in the apartment on the first day of our staying there. TV was not working properly. Our apartment was at a different location than shown on booking.com. Poor view.

Review 6：A mosquito net would have been very useful, as we were not able to open the windows during the evening/night and this was very uncomfortable.Balcony was not very nice, just above the garage and had no view. Other balconies in the building had much nicer furniture. Walls in the living room and in the bedroom were not so clean anymore, should be repainted.

Review 11：We had a lovely stay here, the staff are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything and your stay is perfect. The cation is fantastic and the apartments are clean and new. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would stay here again!

Review 14：We made a booking for a 5-person apartment in advance, although we wereonly 4 of us. They have simply tried to rip us off right upon arriving:they had shown us a weird apartment, just situated under the roof. Inthe „bedroom” the ceiling started at cca. 2 meters and went down bycca. Half a meter, as the roof was going down. The room had a feelingof a dark tube, as it only had a small window. So they just showed usthat tiny apartment, which was definitely not what we have booked for.After some discussion finally they accommodated us in a biggerapartment, which was ok, and of the category we really wanted and paidfor, but I would recommend this accommodation only for those whodon't mind starting their relaxing holiday with a discussion aboutwhat should be offered to you for the money you were about to pay.Anyway apart from this incident, the infrastructure was acceptable, theapartment was clean.
Review 15：Bed was HORRIBLE. Can't believe they spent so much money building nice apartments that have mattresses that cost less than an outdoor chair. Air conditioning didn't work well enough to keep apartment cool in bedrooms. Internet didn't work Ina any rooms we were shown. Apartment we were in was new but next door to a bar that parties until 4am. Not good for a family so we asked to move buildings. There are cheaper places that provide more to stay and enjoy this amazing place.

Review 39：There is a lot of construction work around the building, street is not ready, at night there is no street light, so better you carry a pocket lamp with you. Pool is too small, and children there doesn t allow any swimming. Prices way too high, but the apartment belongs to a group which owns some Hotels and Resorts as well. Beaches at Kamenjak are pretty rocky, so nothing to enjoy really, if you are looking for beaches.
Review 40：Towels change ony on request, I had to bring old ones and new ones by myself. No new toilet paper. Need to pay for Internet, that was interrupting every few minutes...

Review 42：Just minor things (please understand the place has just started a month ago here and we liked our stay): missing coffee maker, electric kettle and frying pan. Also the paid wi-fi is of a very poor quality service (with a weak signal, logging off after a while etc). The main door lock has been broken and the door could not be locked down (repair during our stay didn't help). (this is valid for the smallest apartment).
Review 43：All is brand new and walking distance from the local shops (bakery etc.) and restaurants. Close to the sea and Kamenjak park. Good also for families with older kids: since this place has its own nice swimming pool. Pula and other small villages (Banjole, Medulin etc.) are comfortably reachable by car.
Review 44：Residence Kamenjak Premantura is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy and discover this beautiful peninsula. The residence is located at the entrace of the park. The building a completely new, we were the first ones occupying this new apartment, so everything was brand new and clean. The apartment is very bright with nice furniture and a balcony, where we could feel like at home. There is a pool, which is perfect for a morning swim. The staff is very friendly and hepful. It is just perfect. We would return any time.
