Review 1：I wasn't overwhelmed with the breakfast the next morning after our stay or the size of portions of dinner for the money that was paid. I feel this is an aspect they need to work on.

Review 36：1st room - had been cleaned but smell of smoke due to cigarette ends in the clean bin. Reception quickly arranged another room. 2nd room - Initially seemed ok but then found - Window would not open , towel rail not working, excessive mould around bath. Felt unhealthy and dirty. Reception again acted swiftly to this and upgraded us to the honeymoon suite. This was pleasant and appreciated but the cleanliness again was not good with stained carpet and bath robes. As we were not paying for the upgrade and the reception staff had done all they could,we did not complain but made reception aware on check-out

Review 41：Friendly staff, we were upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable, we have stayed at this hotel on several occasions in their standard rooms, which we found very comfortable and good value for money and would not stay anywhere else in that area

Review 42：The room wasn't ready till half 8 even though we were told it would be 3 ish because of wedding we had 3 kids had to use other family members rooms to put our stuff in and change in ect then when we got the room it was short a bed only for the lovely staff who came and sorted it promptly they apologised and dealt with the problem effectively. They were so nice only for them there would have been complaints lodged I do understand it's a busy hotel but that was ridiculous

Review 51：I was very annoyed to find no room available at 4pm when we arrived but were told we would be informed shortly of its availability. We weren't!! Had to request again at 5oc. Hardly acceptable since it was Sunday afternoon and later in the evening we discovered the hotel was anything but full. I also was disappointed with the breakfast...burnt bacon, overcooked eggs, both scrambled and fried. In general poor standard food.

Review 63：They don't do family rooms , offered two separate rooms on different corridors not appropriate when travelling with 4 kids. One room stunk of tobacco even though it was an non smoking room. Found the staff to be nice & friendly but lacked in customer attention skills, eg Reported the rooms on a different corridor but no attempt made to get rooms side by side, for Breakfast shown to table for 4 even though there was 6 of us, had to request two more settings, never offered tea / coffee had to ask again and when we got it had to then ask for the milk - Faulty towers come to mind would never stay there again, we went to the river court in Kilkenny following night this was so different , One word - "Professional" and cost less money for the Stay, one room clean , specious and comfortable.

Review 73：We stayed at this hotel when attending a wedding and we were very impressed. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was very good. My mother in law is disabled and usually goes to bed very early. She missed dessert and so when she woke later on feeling hungry my wife asked if there was any chance of her having some apple pie. The kitchen staff had gone home and so the manager sorted this out himself and delivered it to her room. Customer service at its very best. Excellent value for money and we will definitely be back.

Review 85：Nice Reception Area and our check in was friendly and efficient. Can't comment on Wifi as it wasn't needed during my stay. Breakfast was standard, typical fare, Full Irish, some pastries, cereal and fruits etc.

Review 86：Unfortunately the room let this hotel down. It was very uncomfortably warm , window was locked shut so it was very hot and stuff I could not sleep neither could my partner. Bed was small and u comfortable. We paid €139 for one night which I think was very expensive for the room and lack of facilities. We went to leave the hotel at 3am and were then offered an upgraded room which was very comfortable and the window opened. It also had black out curtains so there was no light shining in from outside ( in first room there was an orange light outside shining into the room making sleep impossible for me ). We were so tired at this stage I couldn't even get up for the breakfast. All in all not a very enjoyable stay. Would put me off staying again.

So clean, so grand, and it was my brothers birthday and the staff left a box if chocolates and a birthday card in his room as a surprise!
