Review 1：We had a lovely family holiday in Maleny. Our room at the Maleny View cottage Resort was beautifully appointed. It was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We found the staff to be very kind and helpful.

Review 11：The shower was industrial and uncomfortable. Also, while the website and name makes it look like these are self contained cottages, they are not. Each room is attached to another and not all that private. Overpriced for the service and facilities provided.

Review 14：I was excited to take a bath in the spa but the water was dirty brown and smelt? It was strange, unsure why this happened.

Review 18：The views were of power poles (and some nice shrubs in the foreground ), not the stunning valley views of the website! Plus communication on leaving was via intercom and bery impersonal. Very steep sloping paths to reception, poss slippery in the rain.

Review 21：The hosts were professional, polite and welcoming from the first moment i met them. They showed me everything, explained everything and made certain that if they could be of any assistance that would not be a problem. I have already referred family and friends to stay there and i will definitely be be back to stay there with my family.

Review 30：Ideal for a romantic weekend away, the best parts of this cottage were the fire place, spa bath and views. DVDs are available from reception free of charge and Maleny and Montville town centres are a short drive away.

Review 33：The owner was incredibly friendly and the room was impeccable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and was in a very convenient location only 10 minutes away from Montville Centre and 10 minutes in the opposite direction is Maleny Centre. I have stayed in a few places in Maleny and this was by far the best of the lot. I would definitely recommend it.

Review 34：The large spa bath (with large window views) on one side of the studio room might be a bit exposed even for a romantic couple. A cosy room for a couple but might be a little bit too cosy for a couple of friends.

Review 35：A good, modern place with nice features but it was the location that shined for us - a couple of middle-aged friends. It is a couple of km just outside the township of Maleny but it's beside three restaurants, a gallery & antique shop + on a scenic road which held a huge rainforest park (Mary Cairncross Park - recommended) plus another pretty shop / cafe. Good views and nice tropical gardens too.

Review 38：From the moment I walked into the Penthouse Villa I was so pleased because it was exactly as I had expected it to be from the photos on the internet. Spacious and extremely comfortable with great views from the deck. The most comfortable bed and all the little luxuries you could want. The staff were always obliging and friendly. I would definitely recommend Maleney View Cottage Resort .

Review 39：The "king size" bed was actually 2 singles put together - which given one of the wheels was a little loose on one of the beds and kept moving a lot, made for an uncomfortable crack down the middle of the bed.

Review 113：Wood fire in room. Other in-room facilities; bar fridge, microwave, plates, knives forks - meant that we could buy local produce and enjoy in our room.

Review 114：The noise emanating from the surrounding units and pool area during the first after noon we were there. The noise of the young children belonging to the same group running on the wooden steps and floors of the units up until 12 pm. They were in at least 2 and perhaps more units in the block at a family wedding. The attitude of the off site manager the next morning was not good. She suggested we move elsewhere and would not give us a credit for the next night's prepayment. She however moved the ones next door to our unit into another property. Won't stay there again under any circumstances.

Review 117：when waking in the night going to get a drink of water realising that we had no water. The tank started filling around 3am. loud running water, finally went to toilet and then flushed and realised now we had no more water in toilet. Had to leave early and find a public toilet somewhere. Upon returning at 9am, still no water. Go to checkout and the man sort of chuckled and said i checked it thought you would be o.k. No offer for any refund or anything. No shower, no toilet, no cup of coffee and we brushed our teeth with the melted ice from our own esky. Very disapointing end to a promising evening.
