Review 1：Our family loved everything about Theoxenia! Location, the view, cleanliness, suite rooms with kitchen and necessary appliances. The owners Maria and Dimitris are great people and very helpful on any subject that a tourist might need. We'll definitely stay again.

Review 3：The location is great. It is right at the sea. One of the island's most beautiful beaches. The studio was very new, we had a lovely terrace. maria and her husband are very nice.

Review 5：There is an excellent beach just in front of the hotel. Many of the rooms have lovely balconies and sea view. Staff is so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Maria's! (There are more than one Maria :) Rooms are clean enough and there are necessary tools for cooking. I would stay again.

Review 8：The location is very good, it is not far away from Chios Centre especially you rent a car, there is a nice beach in front of hotel, balcony is good for breakfast. You feel like at home, beds are comfortable and room is very clean. Maria and her husband is really friendly and so kind. They advised special places to our trip.

Review 10：Great owners, very polite and friendly. Offered us Easter eggs and tsoureki (çorek). Very helpful, gave us guidelines of the top places to visit in Chios. Room was very clean. The view was FANTASTIC! Great to relax in your balcony and watch the seaview. Easy to drive to city centre, about 12km drive but the road is easy and convenient. We came one day later due to bad weather conditions but they didn't charge us that day. Really great value for money. Strongly recommend it!

Review 12：Friendly and helpful owners. We arrived early and Maria made us coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. Lovely location on the beach, very peaceful and relaxing. Only slight problem was lack of local tavernas and groceries - all closed due to end of season. Needed car but we wanted to tour the island anyway so not really an issue.

Review 18：This compact apartment has traded size for quality with well fitted out kitchen and bathroom. Stylish A shaded balcony overlooks the sea less than 30 metres away. The apartment is meticulously cleaned each day.

Review 19：Our second time in Chios with my husband. And this time was our first wedding anniversary. There is no luxury hotels in Chios so this is a satisfying hotel for Chios. Practical free wifi. Rooms are new. See view is so good and hotel has a beach in front. The owner of the Hotel; "Maria" is a wonderful woman. She support us in every way. While we were leaving she gave us mastica as a gift :) Best regards to her and her husband;)

Review 20：This is a great hotel, with a great location (great sea), very friendly owners, perfect view, very nice hotel with everything needed available (hair dryer, shampoo, microwave, kettle, plates/forks/glasses etc), 2 tavernas and 2 cafes within a 3 minute walking distance. Perfect vacation place for us in Chios.

Review 29：Maria and Dimitri were perfect hosts - they helped us and showed the way to the hotel in the middle of the night and offered us fresh fruits they collect from the garden. being just in front of the sea in a quiet area was great to relax. thank you Maria & Dimitri!

Review 30：The Owners of the Theoxenia Studios are really nice. We were a group of 10 people. When we wanted to make a camp fire next to the beach, they even brought us firewood from their own house for free. The Building is directly at the beach and the housing is very clean and comfortable. Recommended!

Review 32：We were there during Easter 2014, but it is was not high season. Very nice & quite place, hotel just beside the beach. Owners Maria and Dimitris were always helpfull and friendly. Top floor suit had a very large terrasse for sun bathing and resting.

Review 33：Great place to wake up with one of Chios' best beaches at your doorstep. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we really loved having a kitchen. The location is within easy driving distance to Chios town and many nice villages, beaches, restaurants, etc. But best of all was the hospitality of the owners. They always made us feel at home, and went out of their way to help us with all of our needs during our stay. Thank you again from all of us, and I can't wait to come back!

Review 34：Agias Fotini is a good location. The sea is right in front of the hotel. It's very convenient. There is a good restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is clean, nice, has a good patio. The owners even gave us orange jam while we were leaving.
