Review 1：Hotel photo may suggest that there is a big garden with a fountain. But the garden is quite small and there was no fountain at the time we visited. Travel desk is outsourced and not really reliable. Moreover their charges are quite high than what they should be. Booking megacabs was a better option for us for local travel. For wagah border trip (although we did not go) there were many options available near the Golden Temple area.

Review 2：It was not in a crowded location. Breakfast was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Many ATMs at walking distance. Few Shopping and eating places were also closeby although there were limited options for eating places at walking distance. Auto and cycle rickshaw available from the hotel gate. Golden Temple was just 10-15 minutes travel by cycle rickshaw.

Review 3：Actually there is nothing that I didn't like ?? But was little upset with Toilet Cleanliness before we were handed the room ??

Review 5：This hotel is horrible. Me and my mother Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel cleanliness is 0. Dirty towels dirty bathroom! Mice running around the lobby! I have a list of things! I have never complained ever before! Tried to contact the manager on several occasions but he wasn't interested, did not care at all. The amount of money I spent to stay here, you would expect some nice living standards. Made my trip to Amritsar very unsettling. Wanted to move hotels but again no manager to talk to.. I want my full refund back for this hotel. not happy at all!!

Review 6：1. The furniture was chipped and upholstery of the sofas were stained and had fungus growing on it. 2. No slippers were provided inspite of reminding the staff. 3. Only one water bottle was provided to be shared between two occupants. 4. The lid of the electric water kettle was broke. 5. The WIFI connection was programmed to be shared by only one device whereas the number of devices were four. 6. The elevator and the corridors were littered with trash for hours without anyone clearing them. 8. Used plates were kept outside the room door in the passage. 8. The buffet breakfast was cold and tasteless.

Review 7：There was nothing to like with this hotel

Review 8：Unfortunately what let them down is the extra sneaky charges onto our bill. Higher than advertised with the app. Vat amount tax, luxury tax, service tax and although breakfast was free unbeknown to us we were charged each time we had a cup of tea at breakfast? I booked this hotel purely for the "gym" and the pool - we used the pool even though it had a closed sign on it. Reception lady said it was ok. The gym however we were told there is "No gym" The wifi dropped out a lot and the password changed without notice. The tv didn't work and so we shifted rooms. However, in this room the shower faucet was busted.

Review 9：The loction of the hotel was great and overall it was very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. We arrived late with an extra family which we called ahead to advise with 2 children and they accommodated us well. Although we were placed on separate floors and the extra bed we asked for was only erected after arrival. English communication was good. Free breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold, fruit, cereals and the chef who made my cheese omelette. AMAZING!

Review 10：Bar isn't family friendly and didn't have a great selection of drinks. Bathrooms need to be refurbished and the safe wasn't bolted to the wall in one room.

Review 51：We had booked a suite and superior rooms through Booking.com, for one night. However, while the Hotel had earlier called in the morning to confirm our booking, they didnt inform that the lift is dysfunctional, which we were only informed on arrival and hence with senior citizens had to settle for rooms on the ground floor, which were certainly not of 4 star calibre not superior in category, nor having any view (as promised on the website). On departure, the GM assured that he would revert on how he make up for the pathetic experience, but there has been no revert. All in all, it was a terribly disappointing experience!!

Review 53：A.C. is very poor. Shower stalls are baby sized. The Wi-Fi is poor and the server crashes often. The pool is out of service since long and the breakfast is bad. The hotel seems to have outlived its services and standards long back.
