Review 1：Our unit was noisy. The garage door continually opening early morning and late evening was very annoying. Also the noise from the pool area was a bit much to take.
Review 2：The location is quite good and an easy walk to the beach and to the shops. Staff on reception very friendly.

Review 6：Really liked the view as well as the cleanliness and space of the unit and the well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet location an easy 5 minute walk away from main Coolum area. Saw several whales out to sea from main window of unit.

Review 15：The view from the corner apt balcony is simply breathtaking. The place was comfortable for 3 couples and the neghbourhood was quite and lovely. Access to the beach was also easy. One of the best places we stayed during our east coast trip.
Review 16：No Lifts, we had to carry all our bags up 46 steps to 3rd floor unit from basement car park. No air conditioning - was quite hot even with windows open and ceiling fans on. No free Wi-Fi. Could be purchased from a 3rd party sevice provider but was expensive.

Review 49：The appartments are basically good, facilities sufficient, but whattruly stands out is the residence management: Denise and Stephen wereattentive, friendly and gave excellent advice and tips to make our (tooshort) stay in Coolum a memorable one!
Review 50：The location in Coolum. Central to shops, beaches, night markets etc. Just a short stroll down boardwalk but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Swimming pool lovely, never too crowded. Quiet accomadation, particularly in evenings.
Review 51：A lift would have been useful with a stroller and small child and bags. I have stronger muscles from a week on the third floor. It had nice views though so worthwhile compromise.
Review 52：Units had good facilities. Walk into town easy 5-10 minutes for main beach or 2 minutes to First Cove. Great lookout across the road you can see whales, turtles etc if about. Nice salt water pool.

Review 55：I found the second bedroom was not very clean. When I pulled the bed away to remake it,(put an extra blanket on) I was unpleasantly surprised by the dirt which had gathered against the wall. Also the drawers in the kitchen were dirty.
