Review 1：Breakfast was poor and kitchen next to the breakfast room was disgustingly dirty, didn't eat breakfast on the second morning. Surprised at some of the excellent reviews on here!
Review 2：Room was comfortable enough, clean bathroom, Sea view. Near to buggies to take you to Sunj beach.
Review 3：There isn't a bar in the hotel, although you can of course get your own drink from the shop and use the fridge in your room.
Review 4：Well located, you can walk from the town, and it's next to the buggy station to get a lift to the other side of the island where the main beach is. Nice little pool, and often empty as the hotel is small. Watched the sunset from our balcony, lovely :-)
Review 5：the breakfast is bad.. The bread was dry, ants has taken over some of the tables, the poolarea and breakfastarea were dirty.. The owner is too much against yonger females

Review 7：- super super unreliable owner (promised to drive us the day we left and didn´t show up + room was ready 4 hours later than on booking papers)! ! - squeaky bed - filthy breakfast buffet table - poor breakfast and old dry bread being served to paying customers every day though new available, too! - for 6 nights no new towels nor bed sheets!! - very chaotic reception, cleared finally after 5 days (even old jeans hanging on chair) - sheets with customers details being kept at the sight of everybody (next to buffet table)

Review 12：We werre met by Niko when we arrived and taken to our apartment. Great location and views. Very friendly people and excellent food. Clean bedding and towels every day. Breakfast was also includedi in the price.
Review 13：The owner didn't reply on phone calls although we had an agreement to meet in the port and to take us to house by golf car. So we need to walk pretty far from ferry to house with all luggage. It was very hot summer day, temp. almost 40℃.

Review 15：This was the most modern place we stayed in the whole of Croatia! The hotel must have been very recently built/renovated as it was very well designed (myself and my partner are both designers, and commented on how well it had been done considering it is such a small and remote island!). The owner is a character and joked with us all the time. Lovely guy and very trustworthy. Very attentive and caring and wanted to care to our every need. When we arrived he even offered us larger room with a better view, but we were happy with the room we selected, so stayed put. It has a pool also (the only place we stayed at with a pool, so very rare in Croatia!). Lopud is beautiful, and the west of the island is quiet, whereas the East beach is crowded with tourist, so this has the benefit of being in between. We only stayed here one night, but in hindsight we could have stayed a week!
Review 16：Ok, just like anywhere if you are hyper critical, I am sure some may find couple of small things that could be improved but nothing to put you off. There was certainly nothing I could say I didn't really like.
Review 17：The owner was very pleasant and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The view from our room (7) was lovely with all day sun on the balcony. The property is quite new and smart. I would say one of the best on the Island. The location is great for everything available. It was so relaxing. I would go again and recommend it to friends.
Review 18：Oliver the owner is a brilliant character!! Very welcoming, friendly, easy going and hard working. Loved this place from start to finish and had a perfect stay on the island.
Review 19：The hotel was not quite finished when we stayed not that this caused any major issues. There were a few quirks to the room that should have been explained like that the A/C will not work unless the balcony door is closed. Also, the view from our 'Ocean View' room was obscured by a large building directly in front of us. Rooms on the right hand side of the hotel have a less obscured view.
