Review 1：The first day the shower was not working. There was no other way to bath and I had to wait for the next day until someone came to fix it. I was very disappointed as I had just returned from the sea and I needed to have a bath.shower. The hotel employees did not arrange for alternate ways for me to have a shower nor offered any sort of refund.

Review 3：The whole of the hotel was eXtremely clean, well equipped kitchen nice balcony. Poolside had plenty of sun loungers umbrellas and tables. The pool had a great children's section and was quite deep at one end keeping it cool throughout the day. Great selection of local tavernas.

Review 5：Close to Chania. With a car it's easy to reach nice beaches on the west of the Island. Good accomodation for families that look for a friendly place.

Review 13：Hotels own store was perfect, prices was low and there you can find almost everything you need-seller lady was the best. Hotel helps you with anything you need;rent a car, make trips etc. Nice small breakfast. Location was good (not next to beach but not far from it), there´s lot of lovely restaurants nearby, also stores and bus station to the centre is near. Before you do anything or go anywhere, you should ask tips from hotel staff.
Review 14：Not walking distance to the nearest Lidl or Inka supermarket (about 4 km), but there is a small supermarket at the hotel.
Review 15：Very nice stay. Friendly staff, nice room, nice location, large pool and not too crowded.
