Review 1：the heating was provided by a very noisy blower, which continued all night, making it difficult to sleep. (This was in room 315)

Review 5：Close to the station, easy to find, the room had a great view of the Duomo (asked for a room with a view & they certainly came up with the goods!) which was fantastic, giant & comfy bed, room very spacious, breakfast nice, rooftop bar a nice place to spend watching the sun set, wifi worked fine in the room, lovely restaurant just across the road, close to everything! Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Florence!

Review 18：The location was excellent. The room 511 beyond all expectations and the breakfast superb. The concierge Luigi was absolutely lovely. Going again next year.

Review 19：The roof terrace bar was not open when we went to it, but didn't appear inviting or comfortable for a relaxing drink. Only 6 coat hangers in wardrobe, not enough for two people. Outside lights at front of hotel were never on which made the hotel difficult to find if arriving at night.

Review 20：Within walking distance of all points of interest, bus station and train station. The hotel was very clean and bedding changed daily, l staff were polite and helpful.

Review 21：some employees at reception desk were outright obnoxious,same with the restaurant.Sent me first to a room in a 3rd floor without elevator,then the person at the desk agreed to move us to a room with elevator access. My wife ended up with some insects bites,I did also but fewer. Had to call reception desk because in front of our door there were 3 thrashcans full,it was at bed time.

Review 23：Customer Service at the front desk was unacceptable. We were not given an explanation of the hotel amenities, i.e breakfast room , Restaurant and Bar. The 3 chairs in the room were all stained. The TV in the room was quite small and the picture kept turning Black and White. WiFi was in the Lobby Only, very Slow and the hot spot was by the Table!!!! When we went down for breakfast( having found the floor ourselves), there was no one to greet us, offer coffee , Tea or offer any help. We never went down for breakfast again. I asked for my clothes to be ironed , no one came to collect the item until I went down and asked at the front desk 1hr 30mins later. We came to the Hotel 6yrs ago and returned, hoping for another great experience, ( it was my birthday, what a present ) we did not have breakfast at our first visit. Never Again . We thought we were in an episode of "Fawlty Towers",( English Programme about Bad Customer Service at an Hotel ) many years ago.

If I can help others avoid this Way OverPriced Hotel with bacteria infested food, than I feel as though I did my part for those who can gain from my past experiences. Review 53：Location just a few minutes from S M Novella station and very close to the Duomo and all the sights. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast room very impressive. Restaurant and staff excellent and good value.
