Review 1：Swimming pool with dirty water.i can't really lock my door properly... Look like the door already spoiled... No one repair.almost nothing u can choose for breakfast,other u will eat even u don't like it or don't eat it at all.no hot water to make coffee,no conditioner.my friends found out under bed is very dirty, they don't Clean it properly.

Review 5：Free transport to n fro from hotel to Nagoya hill n ferry terminal. Breakfast is reasonable for the price I m paying. Pity I did not get to try the massage n spa due to the Hari Raya holidays.

Review 9：For the first time of my life, I only went in the pool less than a minute!! Pool full of algae,you can visibily see it floating on the surface as you enter the pool. Barely able to walk in the pool you'll slipped as it's slippery due to the algae. No chlorine treatment used in the pool as normal tap water used for the pool.

Review 13：The included breakfast was all very very spicy, the only thing edible to me was toast and "juice". The wifi only works in the hallways and the lounge downstairs. Our room although it had a lock you could open it with a piece of cardboard (Bring one of those travel door locks, I did and lucky because I was woken by someone trying to enter my room twice during the night.) The room was clean and the towels and sheets were washed every day however they are old and stained and well in need of replacing. The bathroom, while basically clean, is in desperate need of a refurbish, and the toilet smelled bad all the time, take some air freshener.

Review 19：The condition of the toilet. It was smelly and there's pool of water all the time. Seems like the drainage is not in good condition. The tiles are slippery. An occupant in another room slipped and fell hitting her head and has a swollen wrist. In the website it is mentioned that wifi is available in the room. But it wasn't so when we were there. Even near the staircase, the wifi was not available.

Review 21：The sewage smell is very strong! Wifi connection is soo lousy.. breakfast wise, I cn say, dont eat is even better.. im being honest. . Soo many things that need to improve. Room door could not be closed properly. . I dont recommend my colleagues nor my family even to stay there.. cant even have my beauty sleep as the live band is soo loud n the banging sound cn be heard clearly.. such a bad experience. . Only cn compliment for the shuttle service.

They called the manager to seek for advice but the manager said she was new and unsure of certain things. - The toilet in the room smells of sewage we had to ask for air freshener and sprayed the toilet each time we entered. - Do not expect a good spread of breakfast like in other hotels but good enough there is some food sufficient for breakfast. - Saw the menu in the room and wanted to order food but there was no cook so only available food is nugget and fries. - The hotel was filled with rowdy students (boys) who are noisy and disturbed the peace of hotel guests. Management needs to be more strict on this.

Review 75：The deluxe room aircon did not function at all. Just feel the blower air. Called 4 times but they just ask to wait for 20 min but we waited 1 hr for it to cool. Ask to change room but receptionist said no more rooms. When we came down, they said tat will prepare a room. Toilet smelly.
