Review 1：The beds were really hard!!! I'm definetly not a sensitive person and like a bit harder matrass but those were actually uncomfortable... Would have been nice with some more fresh fruit for breakfast.

Review 2：Really nice family owned Apartment Hotel! We had a studio with two big rooms and a really big balcony withpoolview! The breakfast was totally enough and we could eat outside vor in a extra room! The staff war nice and helpful and the Hotel was close to shops, Supermarktes,Restaurants and most important the Beach (you just have to cross the Street!)

Review 3：Out kid was bite by some insects. Maybe it was from infant bed, maybe from mosquito. We don't know for sure. You should close the doors in the evening - there is big bush nearby with a lot of mosquito which can fly into your room. I don't like a loot the town - only tourist, not in the center of town). We recommend Plakias better (on the soth coast of Crete).

Review 11：Not too commercial area but close to Chania and Platania if you seek tourism. Probably the best spot on this side of the Island. 2 hours to knossos and 20 minutes to the oldest olive tree in the world. Water clean and pool large enough. Hotel not too big and not too small. Perfect for us !!

Review 12：It was our second time at Artemis, this time unfortunately just for a short stay because of our travel plans. I really enjoy the relaxed environment that the place offers, and that's mainly due to the hosts who are just beyond wonderful - always there to advise you, suggest places to visit and dine at. It's great to see a place always clean (I'm a clean freak), and that their staff enjoy their job, that including the cheerful cleaning lady! Apartments are really close to everything, so event if you're not driving (like we did the first time), you can reach the town in 15mins by bus, and you will find everything you need - supermarkets, restaurants, and even mini golf! I'm already looking forward to my third visit :-)

Review 13：Old fashioned tv ,difficult to work but used I pad instead , so no problem for us. Would have liked a full shower instead of a hand held shower , but was not a problem for us, still in line with great value for the money paid.

Review 17：Lovely clean place close to Supermarkets and Restaurants. Lovely Beach just 5 mins walk. In a quite area of Stalos but only a short taxi drive into busy Platanias. Chania Is only a bus trip away €1.60 The old port there is a must see. Buses run every 20 mins. Our host in the Artemis was Nicos and Costos and they were brilliant and helpfull if you need anything. They can also arrange many trips for you if you want. Lovely little bar for a few night caps and the odd shot of Nicos's Raki. Great holiday. Great place to stay.

Review 18：Nothing! Everything was great! I did find the shower a bit strange (no shower curtain so whole bathroom got wet) but that seems to be a trend in Greece. Very different from North America!

Review 19：Great location! Close enough to chania if you want to go there, but far enough away (10-15 mins in a car) that you are away from some of the madness. The brothers who run the place were incredibly helpful - they had great suggestions of beaches to visit, restaurants to eat at, and things to do!

Review 20：Staff wasn't overly friendly and helpful. Across the street from the beach. With so many choices in this area, make sure you go for a beach hotel. Best area on Crete in my opinion. Convenient bus to Chania for shopping and restaurants.

Review 22：This is not a negative just a personal preference. The breakfast is continental, not what we like, however there is a lot to choose from and is good quality.

Review 23：The 2 brothers Nikos and Kostas run a fantastic small apartment complex, with excellent facilities. They are there to help and answer your questions anytime of the day. The apartments are very clean and have everything you need. The pool and pool bar is excellent and has everything you need while on holiday. Lovely food served by the brothers themselves. Everything you need or want is here at these apartments. The whole family are fantastic and we thank them for our wonderful holiday with them. We will definitely be back boys ;).

Review 24：Wifi was very spotty in my room The shower was horrible - too small, flimsy curtain got the entire floor wet, and you have to hold the shower head. Bed and furnishings clean but old and in need of a remodel. Limited items for breakfast that were quickly gone.

Review 25：Friendly, helpful staff! Near Chania and a bus stop. The busses are a great way to travel around the island. Across the street from a great, not too crowded beach.

Review 51：The friendly welcome of the family who own the Apartments. Nikos and Kostas were always there with a smile to answer our questions or book a restaurant or taxi for us or share a Raki or two whilst serving us at the pool bar. Nothing was too much for them. The apartments are up a small side road so it is very quiet on the complex. Most of the other guests were Scandanavian and so friendly and welcoming too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

Review 55：Not really a complaint but the shower has a curtain round it and there was no wall bracket to hold the showerhead which was a bit of a nuisance because when you are showering you have to hold it as the water goes everywhere otherwise, but we coped and it didnt spoil our holiday

Review 56：Our apartment was huge, with a corner balcony over the pool. lovely, friendly staff always around to sort anything out, even suggestions for days out by bus. The location is super, straight across from beach (2 mins walk) and you can walk into Agia Marina where there is plenty of night life or catch the bus (€1.60) to Platanias (10 mins) which is very lively. We will definately return again :)

Review 57：Best apartment on our trip on Crete. We would highly recommend these apartments to everyone. The pool area is awesome, the apartments are spacious and very clean. The owners are very nice and are very much taking care of the guests.
