Review 1：The hostess Clary is absolutely amazing person, who gave us warm welcome and presents to remember our stay. The room was quite big and very clean with all basic staffing. Very close to the best beaches, shops and restaurants in Kato Stalos, still located in very quite and green area. See the photos they are true:)

Review 5：Kleopatra is a real oasis with all the beautiful flowers and the clean, neat rooms! The hotel is not far away from the beach (4 minutes by feet, down a little hill), there are also a few supermarktes, restaurants and bars around! The best thing was our lovely host, who treated us like her own children. All in all it was a really good choice to book hotel Kleopatra! We'll be back soon!

Review 7：Everything. The location was great. Walking distance to beach, bus stop, cafes and restaurants. The host was so lovely. The beautiful gardens and amazing views of the sea. The host was so lovely and friendly offering her guests small jars of her home made sweets. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Review 10：I fell in love with this cozy room and charming surroundings-flowers,plants! They are just everywhere u go. And this made my mood flying. Great hostess,great view from the roof and the balcony what I had. Everyday's morning was like a fresh air, because of what I saw around me.
Review 11：The hotel is about 200 m from the main road. It's quite, no noise from trafic. Surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very helpful owners . Big and soft bed.

Review 13：a beautiful flowery oasis, the studios were very clean and basically equipped. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in. In a quiet location, but just a stroll to the beach and many bars and restaurants. Owners could not do enough to make you feel welcome.
Review 14：lack of Wi-fi in the room. The wi-fi routers (3) are very poor quality, that causes problems with the range of the wi-fi in some (not all) rooms. Very small bathroom and tiny bath. Lack of possibility to pay by credit card. Bad, chemical smell from the toilet (the owner cleans the toilet using strong-smelling chemical products). Bed creeks when... you know;). 7km from Chania city center (1,75h walk) is rather far away.
Review 15：very nice atmosphere, nice owner - Mrs Clarie, who everyday brigs us fruits and excellent raki (local alcohol). Quite big rooms. The apartments are in 3rd line from the main street - so there is really silently.
Review 16：Everything. The residence is in very quiet place, full of plants (we're in Amazonia!), 3 min walking from the sea, near the main autoroute and 7km from the centre of Chania. Clarì and Adriana, the hosts, are a beautiful, peaceful and gentle person that will feel you as in family. You will enjoy to stay here for every, small aspect, from the swan-like towels and fresh flowers to the conversation with them. The apartments are new, clean and with good furniture. They have kitchen, fridge, TV, safe and, last but not least, a balcony with great plants all around. Beds have good mattress and the sleep is very good. We'll return here without doubt next time in Crete and we'll suggest it to all our friends. Thanks Clarì and Adriana, you make the difference to other accommodations!
Review 17：- great location 300m from the beach and tourist area (nevertheless calm) - rooms are VERY clean and well furnished - everything is in best order and whole appartment area is neat and tidy - no noise at all - whole house is full of flowers and plants (like an oasis) - almost every day fresh flowers in the room and nice towel arrangements on the bed - every day housekeeping even if it was an appartment - the owner is a very thoughtful, friendly and warmhearted lady who let no wish unfulfilled - just incredible and wonderful! It seems she just lives for her guests and her appartment house. - all in all: a fantastic place to relax and to enjoy holidays for an excellent price - thank you very, very much!!!
