Review 1：1) The cleaning staff is highly unprofessional, they could be seen watch TV in full volume in the afternoon. Doubt if they even change the bedsheets ? 2) They forget to refill coffee/tea sachets, towels etc 3) The internet is very unreliable 4) If there is a wedding in the 1st floor hall, its noisy with loud music playing late into the night 5) The walls are thin, and most of the time you can hear the TV from the next room

Review 17：Noisy, rude guests slamming doors, very dirty floor, old AC, hot water takes ages to warm up. Construction going on in the building, no breakfast area and room order with little choices. Towels stained, terrible internet connection. No info about tours. Hotel not prepared for foreigner tourists
