Review 1：The descriptions may have lost a bit in translation, the complimentary toilettries turned out to be a bottle of liquid soap :) The WiFi had broken so the owner said we could use it in his house. The room had as safe but was not fixed so you could walk off with it if you wanted, Lopud is the sort place you would feel safe sleeping with the door unlocked though. None off these were a big deal and we are planning to go back.
Review 2：Being able to find somewhere we could stay on Lopud in the off season. The room was bright and clean with a sea view, if you get chance ask for a room on the top floor as the view will be even better.

Review 4：The owner Nicoli is the best host you can ask for, he can not do enough for you. The apartments are beautiful and the pool spectacular with all it's light at night. The manager will pick you up from the harbour and return if you let him know what time your landing. He also took us to the beach on his little island taxi as the sandy beach is a trek on foot. We have stayed at these apartments the last two years and would recommend this property to all. Thank you Nicoli we will miss your smiling face and hospitality!

Review 12：The WiFi signals are very week in the rooms but around the whole property you can find a spot to use it.
Review 13：The house is perfectly situated between the town (5min) and the beach, which you can reach by the Golf car taxis in 2 min or in 20 min by foot. The rooms were old but well equipped and clean. The best thing about this place, is the host. He is welcoming, helpful, and represents the southern lifestyle at it's best. We can highly recommend this place for a stay in Lopud.

Review 15：Hotellin uusi rakennus oli juuri valmistunut ja olimme ensimmäiset asukkaat huoneessa. Huone oli tietysti huippusiisti. Saaren yksi harvoista uima-altaista oli todella mukava. Hotellin omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Esim. Hän kuljetti matkatavarat ja meidät satamaan ilman mitään lisämaksuja. Hän oli myös meitä vastassa, kuin saavuimme.

Review 18：Everything- our ideal place. Quite & peaceful location but close walking distance to the beach & resturants. Very friendly , spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Quite a steep hill to the beach but little taxi golf buggies where always parked at the front of the hotel. Very good value for money.

Review 28：We stayed 6 nights in the brand new building of Villa Pincevic. Great location between the island port and Sunj beach. Very quiet location. Niko, the owner, is friendly and makes us feel at home.
Review 29：We booked a room with sea views at this place for the last night we were gonna stay in Croatia. We were backpacking and wanted to give ourselves a treat for the last night, so we booked a double room with sea views, minibar and satellite tv in Lopud. When we arrived, the owner's daughter was looking confused about our booking and asked a few times if we were gonna stay only 1 night there and after she said that booking had sell more rooms with seaviews than the ones they had so they could not give us the room we had booked. Instead, she walked us upstairs to a dark twin room without minibar or satellite tv (there was a tv with 6 channels, all in croatian) and with a small window facing the abandoned back yard and a swimming-pool half way done. The room didn't look at all like the ones in the pictures and of course, there was no sign of the free toiletries (there was toilet paper if that counts) We learned later that day that there are a lot of rooms in Lopud (even in august) and are actually closer to the port/beach and cheaper. Lopud is a really small island, and this house is not close at all taking that into consideration. It's the last house up the hill and at least from the ground floor where the breakfast is served, there aren't even nice views. Really disappointing. The owner did apologize the morning after when we told him about our bad experience at that place and he said that it had actually been their mistake, because they didn't have anybody in the rooms with sea views that night but they mixed up the dates. The owner was polite but we would not recommend this place.
Review 30：They had a smoked salami for breakfast that was really nice and the owner gave us an extra portion. After explaining our bad experience to the owner he apologized.

Review 32：I lived in a completly new building with new facilities and with good, stylish, tasteful accomodation. Balconies, view to see with amazing sunsets.
Review 33：The owner wife gave us a smaller room without a sea view and this has concealed us. There were tough anywhere hair on the toilet seat, in the shower, in bed ... The wi-fi was very poorly or not at all available. Dirty towels and bath towels were not changed but only hung out to dry. When signs of the problems we were just rude and responded little to help.

Review 35：We loved the island of Lopud and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and we had a wonderful time. It is very near Sunj beach which is beautiful.
Review 36：We stayed there five nights and never had or sheets or towels changed.The breakfast (which was included in the price of stay) was almost non-existent: bread, butter, small boxes of jam and cream cheese and coffee,which didn't taste good to me. We eventually had our breakfasts at anearby inexpensive place.
Review 37：We were given a room in the brand new building they just open. It isnicely designed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and a/cworked very well (in Europe not everywhere it works as some of us wouldprefer). The host, Nico, was friendly, sometimes even overly so.

Review 39：Still unfinished, pool wasn't ready but it wasn't advertised either. Couldn't agree with seaview, maybe a little... Sent e-mail beforehand that do we fit with children, and it was confirmed that yes. However, when we arrived, it wasn't possible though, so after looooong "negotiations" our friend needed to go to another place (which the owner arranged). So not very reliable. Felt like children are not welcome.
