Review 1：Facilities and breakfast not extensive but in accordance with budget and 3 star rating.

Review 2：The hotel is new build on the beach side of Avola. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Air-conditioning efficient and quiet. It is near beaches and has an excellent restaurant next door. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Review 3：Wifi is only at the reception desk. Although the hotel is close to the seaside, its neighborhood is not very interesting. Beaches in Avola are messy, although there are some interesting south to the town (Cala Mosche, Fontane Bianche or in Lido di Noto). Hotel is ca. 15 min walk to the center of Avola where most restaurants are located.

Review 4：Receptions are extremely friendly and helpful - they prepare breakfast (Italian style only unfortunately) any time you wake up or indicate the way using street view in google maps. We liked also a big and comfortable bed and height of the room (which occupied 2 floors, with a big terrace upstairs). An interesting restaurant just next door (Osteria).

Review 6：Easy to find. Nice decorated. We chose this hotel because of the location. In the morning we left it and went to Noto and Siracusa before all buses with tourists came. We loved the restaurant Malavoglia a lot. We recommend to make a reservation before evening. We were lucky that one table was free.
