Review 1：Credit card machined didn't work, but ATM was next door so non issue

Review 2：Centrally located, superb room, had good WiFi, quite place, friendly staff, everything was good. Best hotel for the price and what I loved most is it didn't ask me for a card or anythingm more than an email ID to book or hold the room. It took me less than 2 minutes to book. That's great ease of use. Big companies should learn from these small businesses. Hats off Chennai.

Review 34：Seriously all the previous negative reviews are just rubbish , I've been there and experienced a very comfortable stay I will come back always the hotel is value for money location staff food comfort hygiene everything and I whole heartedly thank the main person Mr Ajay , at the reception the two very happy co operative and helpful ladies Ms Manjula and Ms Monisha , the hotel Driver Suresh babu very neatly dressed , efficient and good mannered and the serving and cleaning staff who were just very very nice Kaleem ,Shaheen ,Momeen, joshim .... list is endless . This was my most comfortable stay so far . I wish everybody happiness and good luck always and thankyou so much once again.

Review 35：Internet connection and response from the staff. I had asked for Internet connection and took them almost 3-4hrs to come up with an answer. That too WIFI usage is token based or 500MB limited.

Breakfast was good (Indian style) Dropped us off at bus station in the morning and their driver even ensured we got on the right bus. Room comfortable, spacious and clean. Review 46：Nothing to dislike about the hotel itself except the street on which the hotel is located is filled with beggars and people living on the street. However, this street can be completely avoided as the hotel is located on a corner junction and you can reach the place through a completely normal route.

Review 48：I mate with an unfortunate incidence of loosing my wallet and mobile, hotel staff went ahead extra mile and helped me a lot. They allowed using their phone for card blocking, they helped me in taking to police station and icing of the cake was they not only allowed to pay me balance amount later but also gave me additional money to go to office. Review 49：The room was without ventilation. Constant banging of doors in the middle of the night. Rooms were not cleaned only towels were changed. Water in the jug was never replaced or the empty glasses. Rude and arrogant behavior by the man at the reception who insisted on paying up for the whole duration upon arrival. A small bottle of water that was complementary was literally dumped on you upon arrival to carry it to your room yourself along with other stuff. Staff need training. Did not know what brewing tea meant. Breakfast was the same everyday. Smelly dining room and horrid coffee

Poor food preparation quality was also a factor. -Desk staff seemed to have a abrupt style. Bed linens were not clean on our arrival. Cleaning staff was slow to respond. -Wifi was off and on but a new system was being introduced during our stay, hope that improves stability -neighborhood was not the best.

Review 57：The intermittent wifi was frustrating as i needed to work and couldn't. It's a fairly rough area but the people living on the streets there are amongst the best I've ever met so don't be scared - they are all lovely and it was a humbling but uplifting experience for me. Remember they are merely poor but human like the rest of us <3

Review 65：No toilet paper but provided when we ask for it. However, only little warm water when showering. Poverty scene when you come out out of the hotel if you turn to the left, lots of rubishop piling and homeless people. It's not a very pleasant sight to see.

Review 77：India Hotel always use mosquito killer spray in room, not only this hotel but others also. I would like you all know that it's so dangerous, put chemical in room all day all night with air conditionor. Please find others way dealing with mosquito.
