Review 1：Nice and clean apartments with stunning sea&pool view. Clean, very good bathroom with shower. We stayed with one bed apt with seperate salon with fully equipped kitchenette. Hotel beach in my opinion is the best in Stalos - sandy and wide. Free sunbeds & umbrellas on both beach and pool!!! / PS. Highly recommend Kosmas Taverna just 250m west.

Review 2：Stalos, although spotlessly clean, it is not the prettiest, more a road running between Chania & Platanias.

Review 3：View from the huge terrace in the luxury apartment is amazing, all the staff are so friendly & helpful, lovely pool with very comfy mattresses on the sun loungers. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Some good local restaurants & Tony's Super Market & bus stop is very close.

Review 5：Location is off putting at first being on a main road, but hotel is quite contained with direct beach access. Breakfast is sorely needed - the place is a bit in-between serviced apartments and a hotel. Place appears to be transitioning management between mother to son with son bringing in new ideas and decor, for the better. I wish them the best with those.

Review 7：The WIFI was slow, and sometimes almost absent. I clocked in under 5Mbps dl / 0.1Mbps ul in the early afternoon. The immediate area is not all that special, but a 15 minute bus ride will get you to Chania, which is great.

Review 8：The proprietor was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. The pool was amazing: clean and with a brand new feel, overlooking the sea, and best of all, a salt water pool. The room was great.

Review 11：Great location, lovely staff. The pool was great even for small children and they had toys for the kids in a big barrel on the way down to the sea. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy the pool/sea area, great view from even the back rooms.

Review 12：Just note that the road going by the hotel is rather noisy. It's unavoidable, just the way that part of the coast is - nice that Phaedra is set back further from the road and some rooms are even further from the road so you can try to request one of those. Also the beaches in this area aren't our favorite (big waves and sometimes pebbly/rocky) - but that meant we were even happier to have the hotel pool. (And it is great that the pool is between the hotel and the beach - can't hear the road noise from the pool at all, unlike some of the hotels in the area that have the pool next to the road)

Review 13：Phaedra Hotel was a great experience for us! The pool area is very relaxing, with a small bar/restaurant with delicious Greek foods and beers. The wifi reaches everywhere and is fast and reliable. Plenty of electrical outlets in our room, and the furnishings are up to date and very tasteful. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, even giving us great restaurant recommendations and helping us figure out how to return our rental car in the early morning before our flight! The area around the hotel is a lot quieter than the Platanias area farther west.

Review 14：The pool and ocean view were spectacular. The ocean and sandy beach were immediately beyond pool. The room layout was convenient and the bathrooms were newly redone. The staff, particularly, Nikos (the owners' son) and Elena (who ran the pool snack/drink bar) were very friendly and extremely helpful. When I mentioned a couple minor issues, Nikos immediately resolved them. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and reservations. The newly designed shower space for late departures was much appreciated (we had a 12:10 am flight home). Nikos stored our luggage and we used the shower to clean up before heading to the airport.

Review 17：Wow, where to begin? The hotel was everything you could read in the description, everything that you can see at the images and much, much more! I liked the fact that owners didn't try to cut the costs, so they used nice materials for furnishing and quality appliances. The true value of this hotel is in it's staff, even the cleaning lady knows perfect English. Everybody is so eager to help and to share their intimate knowledge of Stalos, Chania and Crete in general - the knowledge you can't find on-line! Nikos (the owner) is a very pleasant man and with his helpful tips, our vacation was like staying with a closest relative who knows everybody and has the coolest tips about the island.

Review 24：This is wonderful hotel. Very clean and just by the sea. The pool is great just by the beach and its never crowded. There are many restaurants and food markets nearby. Once you get here you never want to leave. Our room had wonderful seaview. We got wine bottle from the hotel on arrival which was very nice. Kitchen has everything you need on vacation. Review 25：Since we staied in ground floor, we heard the splash from the toilet from app above us, which was a bit anoing at night. We could also hear laud talk from app above.

Review 33：Very nice aparthotel just on the beach with a lovely pool. Very confortable room, clean with sea and pool view. Very friendly stuff. They make very good job pleasing guests. Very close to Chania, especially if someone has its own car. Only 5-10 min away by car. There is a pool bar serving snacks, drinks, coffee and breakfast on demand. Also very quiet during night. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Review 34：Best location - next to the beach with free sunbeds. Swimming pool is nice, clean and not near the road(saw this in other hotels). Rooms are big, with free air conditioners. The bus stop is only several meters from hotel. All staff-cleaning lady, the bartender at the pool and Mrs. Georgia are friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend this hotel.

Review 39：One block stays direcly on the road and though all windows are towardsthe beach, you may suffer from noise. Meanwhile the block next to thepool is perfect! Cleaning in the apartments is not ideal.
