Review 1：The bed could be a little bit comfortable.
Review 2：Location and room's view is excellent, in front of the beautiful Agia Fotini beach. But be careful, if you have a car (a must in Chios) take the Agia Ioannis turn (passing through Kalimasia) which is 4-5 km away from Agia Fotini turn. Beach is same but the road is different. Room is very wide and clean. Pantelis is very helpful and always smiling. Highly recommended especially for price/benefit.
Review 3：Looking through the sea, I would prefer to stay at left side rooms which had to have a better view to the cove. Our room's view was partially blocked by the next room's stretched balcony and the next side construction's walls. But anyhow, I enjoyed to have a drink at the balcony after my boys fell asleep.
Review 4：Pantelis, the owner of the place, was so kind and helpful during our stay with my twin boys of 7 years. He checked us almost every day if we needed anything. The room was cleaned everyday (which is normally not likely at these studio type houserooms). The location of the sudios was in front of the beach. Within 1 minute, you can swim. At the other side of the cove (Agia Fotini), there is a little taverna with great food, a good cafe/bar, and a little market for basic needs which are all accessible in 5 minute walk by the beach. If you want to visit the island, you can reach to Chios centre in 15 minutes, or to Karfas in 10 minutes. Beautiful Pirgi and Mesta villages or the famous Mavra Volia beach are in half an hour. I definitely recommend this spot and Pantelis Studios.

Review 6：The staff helped our ever need! Right on the beach. Quiet in the mornings and nights. Close to the 2 museums in Kallimasia.
Review 7：The room is not on Agia Fotini but Agios Ionnis. You cannot access thisplace from the road. You can on foot though which makes it ok I assumeto say it is on Agia Fotini. The ceiling fan did not work, the wifi isspotty at best. The tv has 3 channels and is old. The bathroom showerdoes not drain. The towels are worse than what you would get in prison.The owner is shifty.
