Reviews for Hotel Senia
Review 1:My husband has bad knees, so spent most of the stay on the deck reading. 35 or so steps to get down to pool, bar, and restaurant, and a long steep flight of steps to get the the village. So for elderly or infirm, not the best choice. Beds were OK. Not terrible, but certainly not luxurious.
Review 2:Lovely view. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet good. Pool A+.
Review 3:The location was excellent - an easy 5 minute walk into Naoussa - and the view is amazing. Tassos and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room (No. 9) was perfectly situated on 'ground' level and we could walk right out to the pool area.
Review 4:Bathroom ventilation is deficient.
Review 5:Beautifully designed hotel. Good bar and kitchen. Fluent service. Comfortable family room with separate room for kids.
Review 6:The pool area is not really for young children as mine were a little noisy at times as most young children are and the other guest without children did not like this and were quite rude to me from day 1 so we felt uncomfortable using the pool.
Review 7:Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was great and the rooms with the amazing view were excellent.
Review 8:The beach wasn't nice at all. It was dirty and unloved.
Review 9:The beautiful rooms The lovely staff The location The proximity to the town The view from our room
Review 10:We loved everything about Hotel Senia. We had a superior apartment with a sea view. The facilities, the location and the friendly staff made this island the favorite part of our holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Review 11:Nothing at all.
Review 12:What a wonderful stay at Hotel Senia ! Tassos and Senia are so kind and everything was perfect. A thousand thanks to them and all the team, including the restaurant for the very tasty meals ! Hope to see you soon. Vincent.
Review 13:Leaving!
Review 14:As well as the fantastic welcome, the pool was warm in October, the breakfast was the best we had on our trip round the islands. The service was brilliant and the team very helpful.
Review 15:The only downfall was that it was so hard to gain access to wifi in the room, as it was so far down from the main part of the hotel.
Review 16:Loved everything about Hotel Senia, from the room, to the service, to the pool to it all!
Review 17:The only problem was that the shower curtain didn't come down far enough so water splashed out onto the floor a lot. I was also disappointed you couldn't swim in the pool after 7pm.
Review 18:The pool was lovely and the view from the balcony in our room was great. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. WiFi worked perfectly too. Free bottled water was great as well.
Review 19:The only downside to this hotel was that the sheets felt like paper, however everything else was so good it didn't bother us too much.
Review 20:The views and setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning. The pool area is beautiful and we all absolutely loved the breakfast, with a huge selection of pastries that they varied each day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant and trip recommendations.
Review 21:SIMPLY AMAZING! We went for our small honeymoon trip and they were BEYOND incredible! The staff, the breakfast, the dinner, the pool (oh, the pool!) the room and the upgrade we got (out of courtesy of the amazing manager): speechless! The best experience of my life! And I'm not exaggerating. Just wished we could've stayed longer! Just please, stay at Senia when you go to Paros. 100% recommended. We're already dreaming of going back.
Review 22:Best hotel ever! And the pool... and the view! ... and the staff. Just thank you for making our stay so amazing!I consider going back just for this hotel!
Review 23:We loved everything about our stay here. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly, relaxed and helpful. I believe there are a few different types of rooms so can't comment on all of them. We paid a bit more for a junior suite and got upgraded to one with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was great after a day of walking. We had dinner one night by the pool. The food was delicious and very reasonable. The breakfast was also lovely and again all the staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was a short walk (including some steps) to the shops and restaurants. We had dinner in a restaurant recommended by the hotel which was great and the atmosphere in the village square was a lot of fun. I'm very glad we booked this lovely hotel and hope to return.
Review 24:No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but this I guess is noted on booking on the details at the end of the page, which I happen to overlook.
Review 25:Best hotel out of the three we've changed whilst in Greece for our honeymoon! food is superb, not a varied list of foods but its nice for stays of around a week. Staff are friendly and nice :) should I go to Paros again, definitely Senia hotel would be the place to go. In fact locals happen to all know about this hotel. Cleanliness is also superb.
Review 26:That we shall probably not have another opportunity to return.
Review 27:We have stayed at the Hotel Senia before and were just as impressed on our return. The self-catering accommodation was comfortable and spacious for the five of us, including two grandchildren. Breakfast by the delightful pool had a variety to easily satisfy our diverse tastes. The staff members, in whatever capacity, were always efficient and courteous.
Review 28:very nice hotel with such a convenient location. the staff was just great, so helpful! the room are simple and nice, with everything you need. and really comfortable beds! we also had dinner and linch there: yummy, especially the Mousaka!
Review 29:Family owned hotel with beautiful accommodations. Breakfast included pastries, eggs, vegetables, yogurt, meats, bread, fruit, juices, coffee! Beverages were self-serve which was a plus!
Review 30:We were told by you they did not have email, we were unable to check the room quality. on arrival we were put into poor accomodation which was a bad start. We were then "upgraded". Effectively they were putting us in to the old lady next doors rooms. They sorted it out and were then very helpful
Review 31:Nothing !
Review 32:Very professional and friendly people. The quality of a family business, nothing is too much to ask. Greece at his best ! Top location and suberb price/quality. We certainly go back !
Review 33:Very small rooms. No value for this price. We travelled around and found much better accommodations at higher levels and half prices!!!!!So we advise to throw out the budget rooms from hotel Senia! They are less than budget.......so we are more than disappointed......and we feel us cheated!
Review 34:the budget economy room was not what we expected. it looked so fancy and comfortable online. we were a bit dissapointed. (not a value for money room) it was windy and the pool was cold, we could not enjoy it.
Review 35:the staff was very friendly. they carry your bags and are helpful with everything. the food was PERFECT - congrats to the chef. very good location, close to naousa centre
Review 36:The room was large but had very old furniture stuck in the late 80's. Requires an upgrade for the amount spent to rent the room. There were however other more modern rooms with furniture to date as far as I am aware.
Review 37:Breakfast was excellent. Location excellent. Pool was nice especially at night but a bit small.
Review 38:We fall in love, is the best hotel we never been, service and staff are amazing ... Give you feeling of home .. The hotel is really fancy, wonderfull view... The money deserve each moment on the hotel. Thanks for Senia and her family for our small honey moon
Review 39:Nothing really.
Review 40:We got great advice on what to do and where to go by very friendly staff. Great team. Some people give comments on the stairs but if you are not in a wheelchair or having trouble walking these are really not a problem. Besides on the greek islands its very oftenly steep... WiFi is of good quality !
Review 41:Nothing!
Review 42:The staff were amazing, we were given the best available room when they discovered we were on our honeymoon and given a bottle of lovely local wine. The room was beautiful, view stunning and breakfast was delicious. The bar staff were great too and made brilliant cocktails. Couldn't fault it!
Review 43:When nothing is too much trouble to ensure you're stay is five star....that's when you feel you've been on holiday and that's the Senia..
Review 44:Noisy during the early hours of morning. But what can one do. Youngsters enjoy Naoussa Bay even at 3am.
Review 45:Perfect view and location. Spacious apartment. Very good advice from Reception.
Review 46:Extremely overrated and extremely expensive for the value and quality of the hotel. We paid 190€/night for a moderate room by the laundry room, with limited view to the sea and also poor hydraulics.
Review 47:Excellent location, very nice pool area with great view to sea.
Review 48:Everything was great.
Review 49:The rooms were big with great views. The location was perfect right next to town, steps down to a beach. The staff was amazing and friendly. The pool area is great, and especially nice at night.
Review 50:The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to put themselves out, nothing was too much effort. location was good, just a few minutes walk into town. The pool and restaurant were very nice and cleaned continuously. Breakfast was excellent, would recommend B&B.
Review 51:Lot of steps or steep inclines to get into Naoussa or beach but okay, just not suitable for those with limited mobility.
Review 52:Family run hotel, nestled on hill side overlooking beach and fantastic view with all rooms looking out over a bay. Rooms all different, we had a basic room and a suite and both had great balconies. Staff so friendly, very laid back approach but luxurious hotel at same time
Review 53:Ticks all the boxes! Exceptional staff. Friendly and helpful. Keen for us to see the many highlights the island had to offer. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!
Review 54:Pay attention when you book. The Budgt room is very small!!! I mean really small that you cannot fit the luggages. The shower did not work well ( I think the stuff should replace immediately the shower faucet). I think they should improve the Budget room decor for such of beautiful hotel!!!
Review 55:We booked a Budget Room and the room was very simple and clean. Honestly nothing fency and we were expect a little bit better but for the amount of money spent was OK. The breakfast is excellent. The swimming pool is very nice The location is perfect(5 min walk from center) The staff was very helpful
Review 56:My 'budget' room lacked charm and unless I left the door open, which wasn't an option given its location, was not light and airy as I'd expected.
Review 57:Great pool with a fantastic view! The breakfast was fabulous and the hotel is in a good location, near a beach and also just a short walk into Nauossa. Management were also helpful.
Review 58:Location within 5 minutes walk to the centre. The property sits in prime location up high with stunning views of the beach, fishing port and cliffs. Appartment was spacious with comfy bed and kitchenette facilities. The infinity pool was amazing and in prime position also sharing the same views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Would highly recommend!
Review 59:The TV (which was never used) sat on the dressing table in front of the mirror - not ideal. The wet room didn't really work - everything got wet.
Review 60:Amazing view and a wonderful pool. Comfy rooms with a good size terrace. All staff were extremely hepful and friendly and the breakfast fab, with plenty of choice....and that view :). The gardens were lovely and well tended and the whole place felt well looked after.
Review 61:WiFi a bit slow, but the same all over the island (applicable for many of the other islands).
Review 62:A great contemporary hotel with nice furnishings. Great staff and owner/manager who help with anything you need; gave us lots of great ideas of what to see and do. Breakfast overlooking the infinity pool and beach is a dream.
Review 63:The bed was too soft which is no comfortable.
Review 64:Senia the owner of the hotel very welcoming. The staff help us a lot toknow the island. The view from the room is amazing. The best Island!wesaid that this is honeymoon and they welcome us with flowers andballoons on the bed and Champaign.
Review 65:Water got everywhere when having a shower. The TV (which was never used) was over the mirror.
Review 66:Wonderful location, beautiful views, gorgeous pool and very friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Fab breakfast, with plenty of choice. Lots f fresh clean towels for the room, pool and beach and a cool bottle of water every day.
Review 67:Sheets were extremely starched, but this is just a preference rather than a criticism
Review 68:The hotel was the best one we stayed in Greece as it was exactly what we were looking for. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, comfy sunloungers, excellent breakfast and great location just 5mins from the city centre! Would definitelly recommend!
Review 69:We had our engagement at Hotel Senia. We have never been to Paros. The Hotel has kindly helped me to arrange the engagement party and bargained for the best price from the florist. My fiancee and me will definitely go back.
Review 70:Only negative was the rain shower floods the bathroom easily. But with 2 showers in the room (one in bathroom & one in hammam) this was not an issue.
Review 71:We stayed in Suite room with jacuzzi & sea view. Cannot fault the hotel. very clean, beautiful views from balcony & jacuzzi. Sea view also seen from hammam shower! The room was new and beautiful and the bed was amazing!! breakfast is tasty and with some variety every day. Naoussa is a gorgeous little town and the hotel is a 5 minute walk away.
Review 72:Wifi was slow (probably the location of our room)
Review 73:Staff were very friendly and helpful, knowledgable of the island and places to eat Spacious room Great location and facilities
Review 74:Pretty much nothing....except for the pool closing at 7:30pm :(
Review 75:Amazing English speaking staff. Beautiful view of the beach and Sea. Close enough to walk to downtown Naoussa, but far enough away to stay quiet and peaceful. The two-bedroom suite was newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous.
Review 76:The mattress was really hard and became a little uncomfortable.
Review 77:The staff were very helpful, gave great advice about places to go and things to do, as well as where to eat. They were happy to book anything for you, spend time with you and were just really pleasant. This place had the best breakfast we have had in a long time - absolutely everything to choose from !! Great location just up the road from the port village, with great views.
Review 78:There nothing to not like.
Review 79:The staff could not do enough for you. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, everything was exceptional. The breakfast was to die for and the rooms were always clean & tidy. We loved the pool and everything about this place. Amazing Greek hospitality - we will always go back and stay here because of our fantastic experience.
Review 80:Excellent place, comfortable and spacious room (we had the junior suite), nice pool, lovely staff and great breakfast. You really don't need anything else to enjoy Paros and Naoussa.
Review 81:The dinner could have had more variety. It was all right for us as we only stayed four nights but I suppose that it can get boring if you stay longer... The Piperi Beach should be more cleaned even if it is not an exclusive hotel beach.
Review 82:Really we liked everything! We first were a bit unsure whether the budget double room would meet our expectations but it had all it needed and the sea view was just gorgeous! Friendly staff (reception, breakfast, dinner), very good breakfast for Greece, spotless clean rooms, a perfect location to explore the island (just above a small sandy beach and very close to Naoussa Old Harbour).
Review 83:We were originally given a small, downstairs room with a tiny window that felt like a cave. After waiting for a couple of hours we received a much nicer room but without the promised view. Wished the pool was open at night.
Review 84:Senia & staff are absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and the hotel is very pretty.
Review 85:The curtain in the shower, totally not in line with the rest of the room and with this splendid Hotel's standard.
Review 86:We loved the possibility of enjoying such an amazing high-end hotel (plus its facilities (pool etc..) and offer (breakfast, half board etc..)) for a very reasonable price due to the off-season timing of our stay! We checked regular prices and they are expensive but for what they offer (breakfast, VERY NICE food at half board stay, warmed AMAZING swimming pool, ALL EXTREMELY clean, whirpool in the room etc..), still extremely recommendable! VERY VERY friendly and professional service and TOP LOCATION (very nearby city center but also VERY quite for good sleeping) - we toured the whole island with a QUAD (recommended to-do) and this Hotel is just in front of a VERY nice beach compared to the rest of the island).
Review 87:The wifi was great in some areas of the hotel, less so in others which killed my battery a bit. Shouldn't be a defining factor as everything else was AMAZING and you can walk a few steps and get great wifi.
Review 88:Besides loving Paros, Noussa especially, it would not have been the same had we not stayed at the Senia hotel. The family who owns the hotel is absolutely delightful. So nice, funny, helpful. The room was gorgeous, the view from the room was breathtaking. There was really nothing I could say about this place. Sosososo worth it. While the hotel prices are totally acceptable and even shockingly affordable, the rest of the city shops and restaurants are pretty expensive!!! AMAZING shopping but you will need to save up! You feel like you're shopping in Paris (both because of how fashionable and expensive it is)
Review 89:Great room, amazing view but on top of all is the amazing staff- starting with lovely Senia and her warm welcome and guidance to Aliona who helped my vacation to be as fun as it was.
Review 90:My only issue - and it's a small one coming from someone who works in IT - is that the WiFi constantly required re-authentication. While not the worst thing in the world, it was a bit inconvenient. Easy to fix, though....
Review 91:We absolutely loved this hotel. Great property, fantastic room overlooking the pool and located across from a beach and close to downtown. I think we stayed in the "older" part of the hotel, which was still great. Highly recommend for anyone going to Naoussa.
Review 92:Very small TV, and no satélite TV, we could watch only greek chanels, but everething was so good that we decided to forget about TV
Review 93:Staff very Nice and helpfull, location excelent very close to old town, breakfast very good
Review 94:Just that you had to login every time to connect to the wifi as it was a secured connection which is not a bad thing but 20 seconds of extra work.
Review 95:Great place, superb view, the infinity pool is one of the most unique thing giving great sunset views. Very Friendly and helpful staff.
Review 96:The swimming pool overlooking the Naoussa bay. Walking distance from Naoussa center. Nice terrasse. Perfect service. Great breakfast. Senia hôtel has a great réputation on Paros and this is justified. We staid 5 days.
Review 97:The cold windy weather. But hey what can you do? Ouzo is very warming!
Review 98:The owners gave great restaurant recommendations, very helpful in hiring car for the day, all staff happy and professional.
Review 99:trouble changing tap to shower initially but this was attended to immediately on my report. Wifi issues in room with it dropping out. It was not a problem in other rooms though.
Review 100:Excellent welcome and tour on arrival. Assistance with cases greatly appreciated due to the steps down to our sea view upgrade room. Wonderful breakfast provided by helpful smiling staff.
Review 101:The rooms are beautifully decorated. Breakfast is delicious and the service is excellent. We got a room upgrade for free, since there weren't that many people in the hotel. Lucky us!
Review 102:Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to.
Review 103:Absolutely loved the hospitality and the views! The location is fairly convenient and close to town, and Senia offers great concierge services.
Review 104:The furniture at the balkony was not so "new"...But ok,because we were there in January.....
Review 105:The suite inclusive whirlpool in the bathroom is very nice.Loving decoration and lights everywhere. The view from the balkony is to the sea and an inviting place to relax. The owner of SENIA are very friendly, helpful and mindful !!!
Review 106:The room and bathroom were very small and a hard bed and a smell in the bathroom coming from the drain we did complain and the service man did come to fix it but the smell came back. It's not a great place to stay if stairs are a issue.
Review 107:The pool and the breakfast areas were very nice. The choice at breakfast was very good. The son of the owner was very friendly and helpful.
Review 108:A little far from the center of Naousa but reasonable distance nonetheless. No TV stations in English or French but I think that is generally the case with many hotels on Paros.
Review 109:Senia was very accomodating, helpful and friendly. Beautiful view of the seafront and nicely furnished room.
Review 110:we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the first night we were given a very small room, and it seems not the room we booked. But the next day we were changed to a much bigger room with better view which is satisfying。 定的晚餐分量非常足,可是味道就一般般。
Review 111:the family suite is big and has a fantastic view of the pool and beach. The waitress in the restaurant is very lovely. 家庭套房很大很舒适,景色也很好。工作人员非常积极友善,晚餐的服务员妹妹超可爱。
Review 112:Nothing
Review 113:The infinity pool looked amazing but unfortunately it was too cool to swim in! We had a 2 bed 2 bath family suite which was spacious & comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the best we were offered in our 4 weeks of travelling Europe. Huge range of food, and they specially bought in gluten free bread for our Coeliac traveller. We also ate dinner in their restaurant one night and it was great food and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
Review 114:Was upgraded to a suite which was several levels above what I reserved. Room was fabulous and the staff were helpful with everything from laundry to where to eat dinner. Beach just straight down the stairs and town a very short walk to shopping and dining.
Review 115:We were a bit confused by our voucher which implied we had half board, which we didn't and after which we partook two days consecutively inwhat we thought was an inclusive 3 course lunch, This cost us about 70euros at check out, and we might have tried some of the other lessexpensive local places otherwise. All and all, very nice stay and pleasant, clean hotel (though not exactly like the pictures).
Review 116:Despite chilly weather, my husband and I had a very nice stay at HotelSenia in one of their junior suites. We had a beautiful view of the seaand pool from our balcony.Being late October, Naoussa was a bit quiet, but we received lots of helpful recommendations from the friendly staff for popular local dinner spots.
Review 117:No dislikes.
Review 118:We loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness of our studio, with its broad furnished balcony overlooking the pool and the beach below. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant served a wide range of local and international dishes for dinner. Location was just a short walk to the main town, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. We have already booked our next visit.
Review 119:Wifi signal was a tad temperamental but who cares really..
Review 120:Everything from the view, to the location to the breakfast, the pool and great staff..oh and then theres to bed, cccomfy.. Will be back for sure..We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony and would recommend that to..Book it..
Review 121:The common area is much too small for number of guests / rooms. Shame the hotel had too many loud babies / toddlers, one of them provided free alarm call at 6.30 am. Very unfair that parents feel they can impose their screaming kids on people who pay for a relaxing holiday.
Review 122:Location great, food very good value, staff very helpful, rooms very good although a bit over the top "boutique design". Great view of pool and sea...Pool magical at night
Review 123:newly built hotel. Clean and well silenced apartment. Great view from big and comfortable balcony. Nice pool. Sandy beach across the road, down the hill about 100 meters from the room. fully equipped breakfast with many variations of food. cakes, eggs, light food, meat etc. great pool.
Review 124:The only downfall was the shower over the bath, you had to hold the shower head over you and the wifi would often dropout. Didn't really mind too much about that though, not really there to sit on the internet all day.
Review 125:We could not have asked for a better stay in Paros. We came here for one night and wished we stayed longer. The bed was extremely comfortable, the view was breath taking, the breakfast was delicious and it was super close to the village, couldn't have asked for more really.
Review 126:Bathroom's photos on Booking are much more design than reality. Not very easy to find with the indication (near police station).
Review 127:Location close to the port, the beach, and the restaurants. Amazing home made breakfasts. Very beautifull swimming pool. We had a problem with our sink, in less than 20min, the owner found us a new (and upgraded) room. Also thank you for the phone guidance at arrival.
Review 128:On the main road but up steep steps or a steep road Decor in the room a bit tired
Review 129:Lovely pool and restaurant area Convenient location for all Naoussa facilities
