Fitted with wooden floors, dark-wooden furnishings and soft colours, the rooms and suites of Grand Forest enjoy views over Pindos Mountain. Review 1：Even though we came in the Winter, the room was still a little too hot and it would have been great if we could regulate the temperature.

Review 6：Room was not well cleaned when we arrived. Floor was dusty and not cleaned well. Also we did not like that it is not possible to adjust the temperature in the room, it was very hot, so we ended up sleeping with an open balcony door. Also we could not switch off night lamp. The room must be more " adjustable" to the needs. Also our room was not in the main building, so it took us ages, and 2 elevators to get out of the hotel. Staying in the separate building is not good for spa purposes, as you need to walk in your robe on the street.

Review 14：The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the bedroom was roomy, the bed very comfortable. We really appreciated the complimentary head massage, and the evening meal was excellent.

Review 15：We had an incident at the Spa's indoor pool. Lots of chemicals turned my wife's hair green, and every white part of our bathing suits too. She cried a lot i can say.. A simple ''we are trully sorry'' was the answer from the manager. Hair repair treatment when we got back cost about 250 euros. But its not money the matter. Its how a manager deals with such a situation.. Offering a meal or a free treatment at the spa or just a bottle of wine with a BIG smile, would so easily made my wife forget about the problem, and not having this negative review here..

Review 17：I think that the option of putting a cot in the rooms for an extra person would facilitate families more. The rooms are very spacious. Or having the option of two rooms with an adjoining door in between. A little more light in the rooms for those who need it.

Review 23：The hotel does not make the most of the outdoor swimming pool - it wouldbenefit from sun loungers, towels and a bar. It was also really hard tofind - some better directions on the website would be advisable. We weredisappointed that guests of the hotel are only allowed to used theindoor pool in the spa but cannot use the sauna or Jacuzzi withoutpaying a 15 euro charge which seemed extremely steep. The real let downhowever was the dinner which was awful and the breakfast which was basicat best - we got the impression it was possibly better in the winterwhere it's set up as a ski resort but they haven't setthemselves up properly for the summer.

Review 24：The setting was fantastic with amazing views over the mountains. Ourroom was very comfortable, we used the gym (which is very small) andthe setting of the outdoor swimming pool is fantastic. We also lovedthe setting and choice of cocktails of the bar and spent a lot oftime there.

Review 25：Arrival to the hotel from metsovo took us 1.5 hr. as it is not found by GPS - we entered the coordinates to the GPS which led us to nowhere. We asked few people in town who led us to different directions until finally we found it through the highway - the hotel should give accurate directions

Review 27：No air conditioning as mentioned on booking.com!! Opening hours of the spa. Upon arrival at 7 pm we were told that the swimming pool and spa were closed. Opening hours at the spa door were listed from 10 am till 8 pm?? We phoned the reception and they confirmed that the pool was closed but would be available at 9 am in the morning. The next morning we were at 10 am at the pool, but again pool was closed, reception told us that the pool would be accessible at 11 am??? To compensate they opened the out door pool, nice but very cold.

Review 31：The hotel is new - some elements of finishing have not been completed - perhaps the road most of all.

Review 32：Most things about this hotel. The location is stunning and the design of the hotel exudes quality. Also we were out of season and got special rates - so good value. Good base for day walks in area.

This together with some other small details that needed to be finished, I believe, are due to the very newness of the place and will be fixed soon. Our room (type: Superior) did have view, but not as open and unobstructed as the view from the hotel's public spaces. These spaces really enjoyed a fantastic panorama of the mountains and Metsovo. In our room the view was limited by the prominent roof tops of other buildings in front of us and by the roof over our balcony that came down very low. It is quite pity that in such an open and sloping lot, because of the unfortunate planning and positioning of the hotel buildings, not every space could enjoy fully the beautiful scenery.

Review 34：A beautiful new hotel in the middle of nature, clean, modern, with well constructed interiors. Nice restaurant, good freshly-made breakfast. Mr Vasilis Karampinas, at the restaurant, was exceptionally kind and helpful.
