Accommodating 5 guests, this first-floor apartment offers a lounge with a large flat-screen TV, 2 large comfortable leather sofas, and a dining area near the Juliette balcony. Featuring wood laminate flooring, Whitehouse Court offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, along with a further small bedroom with a bunk bed. Towels, linen, and a hairdryer are provided.
With essential kitchenware, the fully equipped kitchen features a washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge, and an oven/hob/grill. You will also receive a welcome pack with tea and coffee for the first 2 days. The property is just 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, which is home to several restaurants and supermarkets.
Telford town centre and rail station are within 4 miles of Whitehouse Court. The Ironbridge Gorge Museum and Telford Golf Club are just a 15-minute drive. Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury are only a 30-minute drive.

Review 1：I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but we never met any staff- however communication via email was ok. We didn't have any hassle getting the key using the code. Very clever way of arranging it.
Review 2：The location was great- We had a 2 day training event in the Telford International Centre so really close by. Fantastic value for money, still cant quite believe it. If we ever have training there again, we will most definitely be staying again.

Review 4：Booked for family coming up from Sussex for uni graduation, they loved it so much and at such a great price that we mulled over the fact that it wouldn't be a bad thing to live there permanently

Review 6：The flat was nice and clean. It was well equipped, pleanty of bedding, towels etc. It was easy to find, and was convenient for local shops, pubs and take-aways.

Review 16：No DVD player (this was stated as part of the set-up) No heating (Person we discussed this with didn't seem to grasp the fact that we had a 6 year-old, and the comment that ' You can always check-in to the B&B down the road if we don't get it fixed!!!' This was why we rented an apartment, and NOT a B&B) this should have been checked prior to us arriving - heating then had to be 'hot-wired' in order for it to work) Not even any washing-up liquid in situ!! Not once was an apology offered (the maintenance guy was a good chap though) by the property manager. Very Disappointing.

Review 24：The lady that was in charge of this property was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. However David (the company owner) and the lady that came to clean as we were leaving were a lot nicer.
Review 25：Floors and all kitchen items were dirty, moldy damp towel left in the washing machine, very hot inside even though the weather was not, and couldn't open the windows due to road noise. Also I think it should be noted that the area isn't very great, cars drive around with loud music playing all night. The double glazing does not keep the noise out. This flat is on the corner of a very busy main road! We even considered moving after one night. I would not stay here again.

Review 27：It was unusualy hot when we were there. The appartment was quite hot & stuffy but because of where it is situated it was impossible to leave windows & door open with all of the traffic noise.

Review 37：The email with the entry code for the door was posted after I'd left on holiday so there was no way i could get into the building. I rang the number on the confirmation printout four times leaving increasingly frustrated messages. Eventually i rang up customer service who managed to give me the pass code. I suggest the website needs to clarify a pass cade is needed and that one is given the option on the web page of receiving it as an email or text message.
