Review 4：I have stayed here before and wouldn't stay anywhere else, l wanted the weekend before but the Limes was full so rearrange to the following weekend would'nt stay anywhere else,

Review 5：The owner is really nice and kind. She is very accommodating and helpful. The morning breakfast was really good and I had one of the best scramble eggs ever. Definitely a place to go back if I'll be in the area.

Review 7：We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The owner went out of her way to do as much for us as possible. As we didn't arrive until late in the evening, she even gave us a lift to find somewhere open to eat! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and again, nothing was too much trouble. We could not recommend The Limes highly enough.

Review 8：Cleanliness, way we were looked after, nothing too much trouble at breakfast had superb pancakes with Maple syrup as requested. Sat in comfortable lounge in the evening and relaxed.

Review 10：The hotel is in a quiet location and the room was very clean and of a good size with coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Irene, the lady who runs the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Review 11：I really hate to say this but on the morning of day 3 the pastry wasn't as fresh as the previous days. Ihad a feeling it was theame batch we had whwn we first arrived and I voiced my concerns but I wasn't convinced with the response...sorry x

Review 12：Everything was brilliant and we loved it! We were there for a conference at the Telford International Centre and the distance was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for Irena. She was like a mother to us!

Review 14：Truly a 5 star experience. Luxurious executive room with huge comfortable bed. And the breakfasts - amazing. Delicious pancakes on the first morning, gorgeous scrambled eggs the next day and finally the incredible Japanese breakfast. Already planning the next visit.

Review 22：Lovely welcome and excellent hospitality. We were asked if we would like a cup of tea on arrival and lovely plate of fresh biscuits and tea was delivered to our comfortable, well equipped bedroom. Excellent choice of fare at breakfast.

Review 23：This is a little gem of a hotel. The bedroom was very comfortable as was the bed. Irina keeps the hotel very clean, is very welcoming and really looks after her guests. She must also be the only hotelier in this country that can provide a Japanese breakfast. If you have even the slightest modicum of adventurous spirit in you you have to try it!

Review 24：Second visit and not disappointed. Great hospitality,en a real beautifull and cosy residence. Irena is a perfect host.A truly scrumptious and heavenly experience. I my travelling experience I have never seen before japanese breakfast serve.Great chose for continental breakfast.That not everything ; delicious, freshly made to order pancakes :) You have to try one to appreciate how delicious they are, they really do taste as good as they look. A wide selection of lovely toppings to choose from, go one, you know you want one! Anyone visiting the area should consider THE LIMES !!! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Review 31：The double room we stayed in was gorgeous, very clean and spacious. We stayed there Valentine's day and I was given a box of Thornton's chocolates. We enjoyed our stay at The Limes and would definitely stay again.

Review 33：From the friendliest smiling initial greeting and a fresh pot of tea brought up to our room, right through to the genuine doorstep wave as we were leaving our stay was better than we could have anticipated. Irena is an amazing hostess and runs a five star residence that is an absolute delight to enjoy. A bed that somehow seems to lure you to stay in it longer than you intended as it is absolutely the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. So much so that when we returned home to our own bed, which we thought was a comfortable bed before we stayed at The Limes, seemed to fall short! The continental breakfast is a plentiful selection; scrambled eggs so tasty and creamy that are nothing like the rubbery nonsense that some places like to serve up. Option of a genuine Japanese breakfast is also available. Our room was spacious, with a large screen tv, and excellent wi fi, complimentary bottled water in the room fridge. Ample soap, shampoo,conditioner and tissues in the bathroom. The cleaner deserves a special mention as our room and all other areas were spotless. If you want a relaxing peaceful location that is well placed for motorway links that offers real care and customer service then this is the accommodation you have been searching for. Plenty of tourist attractions close by if you are staying for leisure. Irena was a delight to chat with; such an interesting lady, who genuinely welcomes you into her home. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to stay again soon :-)

Review 38：Lovely hotel; the owner was fantastic and very welcoming. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was everything you could want and more. The whole building was spotless and we were made to feel at home straightaway. We were even given a chocolate orange to take home for our son which was a lovely touch! Review 40：The accommodation is very high standard, one of the best b&b's I have stayed in. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, the beds are excellent. Irena is a great host and makes you feel at home. The breakfasts are great, plenty of healthy food to set yourself up for the day. Pubs and Restaurants are also within walking distance, as is the train station. The b&b is also in a quiet part of town, great for a good nights sleep.

A great find and even more impressive was the very competitive price for this standard. The Limes is ideally placed for exploring the surrounding area including the wonderful Iron Bridge. If we are in this area again this is where we will be staying.

Review 43：We stayed on a three night Value deal in this very welcoming guest house. The accommodation is roomy, well appointed with roomy bath/shower en-suite and lovely comfortable beds. The guest house has the highest standard for cleanliness which included 32 spotless chandeliers!. The continental breakfast gives you more choices than you could possibly eat and will set you up for the whole day. Irena is an exceptional host, friendly, helpful and caring. This is quite rightly an award-winning guest house.

Despite my not informing her beforehand that my wife has Gluten free dietary requirements, for Breakfast my wife was provided with cakes, sliced bread and rolls. What wasn't used for breakfast was given to us to take home. We offered to pay for the Gluten free products but our offer was declined. If I could use The Lymes as a blueprint of how to make customer service personal and exceptional. The whole place appeared spotless and well kept. Thank you and well done.

A charming lady owner for whom nothing was too much trouble, from providing coffee on our arrival to giving directions to local destinations. Everything one could wish for was provided. Review 62：Our second stay at The Limes for three nights was another delightful experience. Our visit to the Shrewsbury Flower Show would not be the same should we stay anywhere else. Irena, as always, gave us an enthusiastic welcome. The room was most comfortable and spacious. The fridge so handy, the bathroom clean and well stocked with shampoo etc. The breakfast choices so filling - particularly Irena's scrambled eggs on toast. It was so nice to have sensibly sized parking spaces on site.Thank you Irena for looking after us and for the unexpected treats.

Review 67：On arriving at The Limes we met the owner Irena in the car park. She immediately offered to drive us to the train station as we explained we were going to the Shrewsbury flower show. This was much appreciated as I was travelling with my 80 year old Mother. The one night stay was very comfortable .

Review 70：The Limes is everything you could wish for on an overnight stay. The hotel is immaculate and the proprietor is extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend the Limes to anyone and if I ever stay in Telford again I would certainly stay there.

Review 71：Room was very warm when I arrived, but I opened the window and it soon cooled down. Left it open all night as The Limes is in a very quiet location so no problem with sleeping.

Review 72：Excellent welcome where I was taken to my room and shown where everything was, including the way in and out if I decided to come and go. Breakfast was whenever I wanted it, I had a train to catch so opted for 07:30 on a Sunday morning - no problem. The owner even offered to give me a lift to the station, but I declined as it's only a 5 minute walk and she has other guests. Breakfast was excellent, continental but with copious scrambled egg on toast etc. Very close to restaurants and pubs if that's your thing, and a list of local recommendations in the room.

Review 73：The Limes is superbly run by Irena and John with real kindness and concern for the comfort of their guests. The house itself is large and beautifully appointed with a large drawingroom where they can relax and entertain their visitors. The bedrooms and their ensuites are also large and immensely comfortable with tea, coffee, water and lovely biscuits as well as a host of shower products. There is an ironing board and iron with a trouser press as well. if you want to smarten up! A healthy continental breakfast starts the day, a Japanese breakfast for Japanese guests and scrambled eggs if you wish. Nothing is too much trouble for these lovely hosts!
