Reviews for Lakeside Holiday Resort

Review 1：No major issues,room wise the only minor issue was Lighting in the loft apartment was too dim. Location wise A bit far from Menaggio, Bellagio and Como. Car recommended if you want to visit all around the lake and explore, ferry is a long ride to main villages(at least 1.5 hours on the speedboat) and not as frequent as menaggio service.

Review 2：The manager was very accomodating and helpful. He knew the area very well and was able to advise and recommend places to visit. Good clean modern facilities, a nice area if you want to spend time on the lake and have a family, with enough restaurants and activities. Towns close by are good too. Check out the flea market on Thursday nights.

Review 3：Nothing bad at all, although the TV channels were almost all targeted towards a German audience apart from BBC News. A couple of English language entertainment channels would have been welcome.

Review 4：The proprietor could not have been friendlier and if there was anything we needed he would sort it out straight away. My sons loved the pool. His wife cooked some lovely dishes for the two happy hours we attended. The polenta was wonderful!

Review 5：Our apartment was on the top floor, and there were only stairs, no elevator

Review 6：The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, we got a free upgrade to our room. We came with our two year old, and got a pack and play for her to use for free.
