Review 1：The hotel is amazing, the staff are wonderful & the breakfast was to die for. Huge rooms, beautiful gardens-a true Tuscan grand experience with a free shuttle to the centre of Florence

Review 2：It seemed that most of the food was prepared a day before and it was cold. There weren't fresh bakery. What we liked were the scrambled eggs and omlet. Also the new outside dining area is too cold in style.

Review 4：Location is a bit far from where the attractions are, however there is a complimentary shuttle buss that takes you to the city every hour. Only two small bottles of complimentary water are provided at night time.

Review 5：Elegant boutique hotel. Room and hotel are nicely decorated with beautiful paintings and nice furnature. Very clean. Breakfast is very rich and enjoyable.

Review 6：We slept in Junior Suite room: Breakfast concept (not self service and you have to ask for everything even butter...), room full of spiders and spider webs, cleaning staff did not replace towels and forgot cleaning product in room.

Review 18：We arrived after the worst night of storms in years, our room was unavailable but we were upgraded to a suite, the staff were amazingly attentive and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The pool area had immaculate service and served a mojito to die for. Overall a wonderful visit complimented by an exquisite breakfast and gourmet dinner.

Review 19：Free shuttle bus into town advertised as every 15 minutes. In reality it is every hour and no service between 12:30 - 15:00 so had to get taxi for 25 EUR each way.

Review 21：The pool was a little small. Once, late in the evening, the garden lights were off while we were still lounging in the premises. Although we don't think it is gesture that they are closing, it makes it unsafe for us to walk back to our respective rooms. Room service was a little slow. It took them close to end an hour to deliver a ham and cheese sandwich.

Review 30：Beautiful grounds to walk around! The hotel was so interesting with many rooms. Each hotel room is unique. Ours was amazing. The double deluxe. Giant bath tub and very modern shower. Beds were super comfortable too!

The first day I arrived my family and I were received by Tim, an excepticional worker who made our welcome the best we could have but after that we couldn't find him and the rest of the staff were not even closer to what he was as a worker. Starting with miss cumunication, they advice us about our time to catch the train 45min before the our when we requested more than 24h before, that made us loose our train. They were never available to satisfy our needs during the stay and on top of everything the rest of the service went down. The place is marvelous and the service is VERY BAD

Review 34：Personally I can say that the place is amazing, very calm, charming and peaceful. The all concept of being a old house full of history it makes you travel in time. It was a very good experience

Review 35：Issues with room 26, small and dusty. Maid left dirty glass one day and then another didn't even leave two. For a 5 star not acceptable. Staff very apologetic brought clean glasses and something for us to drink to make up for it.

Review 47：I stayed in this hotel when it first opened but I am sad to see that the quality has declined drastically since. The hotel and the rooms are incredibly dusty! Dust everywhere!!! On top of that, the hotel uses some sort of perfume to spray the entire hotel, and rooms. It is extremely bad and it feels like you are stuck in a badly perfumed room that you cannot escape from. The hotel provides some sort of strange towels that look like blankets and the bathroom is not clean enough. There was a strange smell...

Review 49：Well, from where do I begin... We slept and we woke up in Wonderland. A mansion in the woods, where mushrooms grow and birds sing. The sound of water from the fountain:music to the ears. Regarding the facilities: although u r in a historical mansion the mirror tv in the bedroom, the wifi connection, the shower...The spa facilities, the breakfast...oh what a breakfast,the shuttle bus every hour taking u and bringing u from the center. Exquisite stay! Worth every cent. The staff is amazing, answering every question and demand. I wish i knew all of their names to say thank you to each of them! Grazie mille!!! The staff took care of everything, even small details like prayer mat was provided in the room. small touches showed their great hospitality. LOVED EVERYTHING

Review 57：Our suite was two rooms which were only separated by a curtain, meaning it was very difficult to keep dark. It also adjoined another suite, where a child played loudly all night. The construction of the separating wall, glass, meant all of the noise was transferred. Not at all very good, but really only for one night
