Review 1：Everything was perfect. In general Creta Palm exceeded our expectations.

Review 2：What particularly impressed us is that the rooms are even more beautiful than they appear to be in the photos (where they look equally awesome). Very clean and only 7 mins from the city. The beach was just across the street and you have plenty of other options both for beaches and nice restaurants and bars nearby. We really enjoyed the variety of foods offered during breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and supportive. We are definitely going to come back again next year!

Review 6：Short drive from airport, many attractions easy to visit by car, bus stop 20yds from hotel short ride into Chania/Platainas, or beach just 50yds away (clean, good sand, shallow to 100yds out great swimming). Excellent local food and people

Review 7：The breakfast closes at 9:45 which I think is too early for holiday. Seems other guests felt the same as the breakfast room was always full right before closing. Very noisy in the mornings. I never understood why. It just sounded like people were moving funiture around. Then the rest of the day was ok. On a very subjective note I think the hotel lacks in atmosphere. It's a big resort so it's showing. Very crowded breakfast and reception. But I guess that that's what you get for the price which I found good.

Review 8：Good location, basically across the road to the beach and easy to reach Chania or other towns around. Loads of restaurants within at most 10 min walk. About 15 min walk to Agia Marina. Very big and modern rooms. Good food for breakfast. Very friendly personnel. 2 big pools that are not very crowded, but we did not use them too much since we went to the beach.

Review 24：Excellent service, especially at the pool. Very friendly people. Recommended in order to combine good price, relaxation and easy access to the near areas (Platania, Kalamaki) and Chania city centre with a car.

Review 25：Internet connection was a joke. Only one device could have internet per room and you could not change it. The TV set was from a previous century (14'CRT). They promote a room with garden/pool view and they gave us view to backyard. The parking places were not enough. The breakfast was average and the restaurant was small and noisy.
