Guesthouse Theareston sells fast on our site. Guesthouse Theareston is just steps of Zagora’s main square. It features a hot tub and sauna, and an outdoor pool with sun terrace. Rooms enjoy views of Mount Kentavros and the Aegean Sea.
Constructed with local stone and wood, the rooms have a fireplace. Each includes an LCD TV and a kitchenette with minibar. Wi-Fi is free throughout the premises, and room service is provided.

Review 1：Zoe, was a perfect host, would do anything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. She even sorted our Greek parking ticket out for us after a morning in Volos!! The breakfasts were different everyday and the home made cheese pastries and orange cake were to die for.

Review 2：Wonderfully friendly family feeling! Welcoming and attentive staff.They even waited up for us when we arrived late after the mountain drive in the dark took us longer than anticipated - and gave us a terrific greeting!

Review 4：The hotel room was nice and view impeccable. The real treasure of this hotel is the care with which the guest house owners take care of their guests. Breakfast on the lawn near the pool was a real delight.

Review 5：Lounge not as cosy. if you are visiting during spring or summer it is irrelevant. If you are visiting during autumn or winter where you'd want a cosy room to play chess or read a book it is not ideal.

Review 7：Not the fault of our hosts, rather the mountain terrain: the wi-fi is spotty and slow. But at least, it is there is you are patient.

Review 8：We booked a room on the top floor, which was well worth it; it was huge, with a view down to the sea, a big comfy bed and very pleasant decor. Although a new construction, the guesthouse was in the tradition of the village. Breakfast was varied and ample. Staff very helpful.

We hope to visit Theareston again to enjoy the spa facilities, which we missed, because Zagora and Pilion are so interesting that we wanted to be always on the way :-D

Review 11：Akis and his family are the most welcoming hosts. Superb rooms and breakfast, amazing surroundings and a beautiful garden with a nice swimmingpool. We really look forward to be back and 'keep the doctor away' with your fantastic apples!!

Akis and his family are truly warm, friendly and generous hosts concerned only with ensuring your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The breakfast is a wonderful feast of local and home made produce, which can be taken in the delightful garden overlooking the Aegean. A real highlight of our stay. The garden and pool area are very well maintained and provide a lovely setting for chilling out after a day at the beach or exploring the beautiful Pelion peninsula. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable with lovely views across to the Aegean. The Theareston and Zagora make a really good base to explore Pelion. We will certainly return one day, not least to enjoy the unrivalled hospitality we experienced.

Review 14：Hidden in the Zagora mountens. A lovely guesthouse. A family run house. Very large rooms. Fine bed. With refrigerator which is nice during the summer. Lovely pool area. A real traditional Greek breakfast with just about everything homemade.

Review 18：The room was big and most of all very well decorated with high quality hand made furniture. The owner was very friendly and made us feel we are at home. The kids love the pool and they were excited. The breakfast was delicious with handmade pies, marmelades and a sweet. We will definitely go again next time.

Review 29：The only minus that I can scrutinized - is noise from the road to Pouri in the morning rush hour from 8AM - but it's much better to get uo earlier.

Review 35：It is a family hotel. Breakfast is reach and made with love. The grandmother makes good local food and james. they gave us each day local apples, wonderfull tast.We were upgraded with rooms without any charge. Very friendly and great location.

The bathroom of our 5 bed bedroom was a bit small and it had a bath *with bubbles! but no hook to hang the shower or shower curtain. But maybe this is typically Dutch, I don't know... Very nice views of the surounding and beautifull beaches nearby but you'll need a car.
