Review 1：We upgraded our room to have a fireplace. We asked for the fireplace to be lit in the evening, however, after 20 minutes our bedroom was completely filled with smoke as the gate going into the chimney had broken and the wind outside was too strong. Had to evacuate the room for an hour. However, the staff were brilliant and handled the situation very well and tried their best to sort the situation out.
Review 2：Hotel was perfectly situated and the staff were very welcoming. After problems with the fireplace the staff were extremely helpful and apologetic. Room was a nice size, very comfy bed and the bathroom was more more than adequate.
Review 3：Very cozy and nice hotel, decorated in the old style. The hotel is located in the centr of the old town, the rooms are spacious and cozy, has everything you need.The tavern is on the first floor of the hotel. The staff is very polite and ready to help you. We loved it, thank you.

Review 7：Roaring fire in inclement weather (mid-May!) and the traditional hayati in our bedroom overlooking the main square. Willingness of management to come to our rescue when we had to leave our car at the top of the hill because of extensive road works down the main street.

Excelent breakfast, after eating the gems made in home you will remeber your grandmathers gems, testing extraordinary.
